A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules laminated in a first direction via a conductive plate. A plurality of power storage modules include a plurality of laminates including each of the plurality of laminated electrodes, and a sealed body provided on each side surface of a plurality of laminates. The plurality of laminates are restrained in the first direction by a restraining member in a state of being laminated via the conductive plate. The sealed body includes a main body portion covering each side surface of the plurality of laminates, protruding portions protruding in the width direction intersecting the first direction with end portions of the main body portion as base ends, and at least one deformation suppressing portion protruding from the protruding portion in the first direction and forming a protruding shape.

Power storage device

A power storage device includes a module laminate including a plurality of power storage modules arranged in one direction; a pair of end plates respectively arranged at both ends of the module laminate in the one direction; a fastening bolt configured to fasten the pair of end plates together around the module laminate and apply a predetermined restraint load to the module laminate via the end plate; and a collar member including a through-hole allowing the fastening member to be inserted therethrough, the collar member being sandwiched by the pair of end plates around the module laminate. The through-hole of the collar member is eccentric with respect to a center axis of the collar member so as to approach a side where the module laminate is arranged.

There is provided a plate for a battery stack including: a plate-shaped terminal to which an electric wire is connected; and a plate-shaped housing having an accommodating recess where the terminal is accommodated. The accommodating recess includes a retaining hole, and the terminal includes a connection portion that is electrically connected to a counterpart member, and a retaining piece that is inserted into the retaining hole and locked to the retaining hole.

Plate for battery stack

There are provided a plate for a battery stack configured to be sandwiched between a plurality of power storage modules, and a battery stack. The plate for the battery stack includes: a plate-shaped housing having a fitting groove provided in a recessed shape in a first plate side surface of the plate for a battery stack along a longitudinal direction thereof, the fitting groove being a groove configured to fit with a side edge portion of a conductive plate disposed between the plurality of stacked power storage modules; and a plurality of recessed holes formed side by side in a direction orthogonal to a plate thickness direction of the plate for a battery stack, and extending from a second plate side surface of the housing.

Plate for battery stack and battery stack

A battery unit includes a battery module having electrode sheets stacked along a first direction, and a cooling plate superposed on a surface of the battery module. Each electrode sheet has a coated portion having a surface on which an active substance exists, and an uncoated portion that is located adjacent to the coated portion, and has both surfaces on which the active substance does not exist. The cooling plate has a main plate opposed to the coated portion, and a sensor holder attached to an outer edge of the main plate. A boundary between the coated portion and uncoated portion of the electrode sheet and a boundary between the main plate and the sensor holder on an abutting surface of the cooling plate do not overlap with each other, when viewed along the first direction, in a section in which the boundaries extend in parallel with each other.

Battery unit

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal, a housing having an accommodating concave portion to accommodate the voltage detection terminal and a cover to be attached to the housing while covering the accommodating concave portion. The cover is locked to the housing at a temporary locking position at which the cover covers a part of the accommodating concave portion and at a final locking position at which the cover covers an entirety of the accommodating concave portion. The cover includes a main body portion including a locking portion, and a locking piece. The housing includes a locked portion to be locked to the locking portion, a locking hole to accommodate the locking piece and an extending portion formed by a part of an edge of the locking hole. The locking piece is accommodated in the locking hole when the cover is at the temporary locking position.

Voltage detection unit and power storage device

The extraction portion of a current collector plate is configured to include a first piece portion extending in a direction orthogonal to the first direction from an outer edge portion provided on an edge of the flat plate portion when viewed from the first direction, a second piece portion extending in the first direction and having an attachment portion that attaches the extraction portion, and a bent portion being where a plate material configuring the extraction portion bends, and connecting the first piece portion and the second piece portion. A spring portion that is configured to relieve a stress acting on the extraction portion is provided between the connection portion to the outer edge portion and the attachment portion in the extraction portion. The spring portion includes at least a first bent portion being where the plate material bends other than at the bent portion.

Energy storage device comprising current collector plate with spring portion

The power storage device includes a power storage module and a conductive plate. The power storage module includes an electrode laminate including current collectors stacked on each other in a first direction. At least one of the positive electrode terminal electrode, the negative electrode terminal electrode, and the bipolar electrode includes an active material layer including grooves arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and the grooves extend in a third direction crossing the second direction. The conductive plate includes an outer surface including depressions depressed in the first direction and extending in the second direction, the current collector arranged at the stack end of the electrode laminate includes an exposed face in contact with the outer surface, the exposed surface includes protrusions overlapping the active material layer in the first direction, and the protrusions protrude in the first direction and extend in the third direction.

The power storage device includes power storage units arranged with a conductive plate interposed therebetween in the vertical direction, each of the power storage units includes an electrode stack including bipolar electrodes stacked with a separator interposed therebetween, and a sealing member provided around the electrode stack so as to seal a housing space formed between adjacent electrodes of the electrode stack. At least one of the power storage units is provided with an overhang member on an outer peripheral surface of the sealing member. The overhang member includes an inclined portion that extends from the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member toward the outside of the power storage unit and inclines downward as it leaves away from the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member, and a top portion formed at a lower end of the inclined portion.

Bipolar battery and power storage device

A power storage device includes a plurality of laminated power storage modules, a flow path member disposed in contact with the power storage modules and having flow paths for allowing a cooling medium to flow along a first direction intersecting a laminating direction of the power storage modules, a pair of restraining plates disposed to sandwich the power storage modules and the flow path member in the laminating direction, fastening members applying a restraining load to the power storage modules and the flow path member via the pair of restraining plates by fastening the restraining plates to each other, and a lead-in duct disposed at one end portion of the flow path member in the first direction and leading the cooling medium into each of the flow paths.

Plate of battery module

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal including a first portion configured to be conductively connected to a detection target and a second portion, a housing having a plate shape and including a terminal accommodating concave configured to accommodate the voltage detection terminal, a cover configured to be engaged with the housing at a temporary locking position at which the cover does not cover the first portion of the voltage detection terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave and at a final locking position at which the cover covers the first portion and an electric wire conductively connected to the voltage detection terminal at the second portion and configured to, when the voltage detection terminal is accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave, be drawn out from the housing.
