The processor is configured to evaluate whether the device on which the maintenance work was performed operates normally, based on the device data stored in the first storage device, and the maintenance report data stored in the second storage device, to generate an evaluation result; and send a notice of the evaluation result, to a terminal device connected to the information processing apparatus.
