A two-dimensional code encoder for a two-dimensional code which is generated on a mobile phone terminal or a personal computer includes a device configured to generate multiple two-dimensional codes in advance and to store to preserve the two-dimensional codes so generated, a device configured to affix the multiple two-dimensional codes so preserved individually to 12 surfaces of front and rear surfaces of polygonal plates of a three-dimensional polyhedron (a regular hexahedron), a device configured to tag the two-dimensional codes affixed to the 12 surfaces for storage, and a device configured to display the tagged two-dimensional codes two-dimensionally on screens of the mobile phone terminal or the personal computer.

A method for logging in to a system is provided in which a mobile terminal is provided with a function to create a high-density two-dimensional code, access information for accessing an electronic chart system and a time stamp are recorded in the high-density two-dimensional code, the high-density two-dimensional code is deformed, generated and displayed in synchronism with time information of the time stamp, and a high-density two-dimensional code generated by a high-density two-dimensional code authentication read scanner is read, whereby logging in to the electronic chart system becomes possible while taking security into consideration.

There is provided an antenna device of a radio apparatus, including a fed partial element, a folded partial element and an open-ended partial element. The fed partial element is formed to be extended from a fed portion to a first branch portion where the folded partial element branches off. The folded partial element has a grounded end and has a forward path and a backward path short-circuited to each other. The folded partial element and a path on the fed partial element from the fed portion to the first branch portion have a summed length of about a half wavelength of a first frequency. The open-ended partial element branches off at a second branch portion. The open-ended partial element and a path on the fed partial element from the fed portion to the second branch portion have a summed length of about a one-fourth wavelength of a second frequency.

The invention provides a radio device in which multi-resonance promotion and impedance adjustment can be readily performed and a restriction in a mounting space can be dissolved, and an electronic apparatus having the same installed therein. Provision of a stub () having a large area and serving as a frequency matching portion as well in a folded monopole antenna () results in that a conductor area can be increased, and a resonance frequency can be shifted to lower frequencies. In addition, a frequency of a radio communication antenna can be readily adjusted because the resonance frequency is adjusted by cutting the stub ().
