An absorption water heater/chiller using lithium bromide as an absorbent and water as a refrigerant, and a high temperature regenerator therefor. The high temperature regenerator is provided with a combustion chamber defined by an inner tube ( ) on the side of a blowout port of a burner ( B), from which a combustion gas is blown out. A solution is received in a liquid chamber, which extends on upper and lower sides of the combustion chamber and is defined by an outer tube ( ). A refrigerant steam outflow passage ( ) is formed in an upper portion of the outer tube, and gas discharge passages ( ) are formed at an end portion of the combustion chamber opposed to the burner. A plurality of solution tubes ( ) providing communication between the liquid chamber portions on the upper and lower sides of the combustion chamber extend through the combustion chamber. The plurality of solution tubes are roughly divided into a group ( A) provided in flame of the burner, and a group ( B) provided away from the flame of the burner. The two groups are spaced from each other by 10-100 mm. Thus reduction of Nox is achieved and generation of CO is suppressed.

Absorption water heater/chiller and high temperature regenerator therefor

A two-stage absorption refrigerating apparatus includes an integrated drum in which a low-pressure evaporator and a low-pressure absorber are arranged in an upper part and a high-pressure evaporator and a high-pressure absorber are arranged in a lower part. Uncondensed gas resulted in a high-temperature generator and elsewhere successively moves toward a low-pressure side along with a circulation of refrigerant and solution. The uncondensed gas deposited in the high-pressure absorber is extracted by bleeding device, and the uncondensed gas deposited in the low-pressure absorber is extracted by an ejector. The extracted uncondensed gas is stored into a gas storage tank via a gas-liquid separator. A valve is provided on the gas storage tank.

Two-stage absorption refrigerating apparatus

An absorption water heater/chiller using lithium bromide as an absorbent and water as a refrigerant, and a high temperature regenerator therefor. A plurality of solution tubes (,) providing communication between the liquid chamber portions on the upper and lower sides of the combustion chamber extend through the combustion chamber. The plurality of solution tubes are roughly divided into a group (,A) provided in flame of the burner, and a group (,B) provided away from the flame of the burner. The two groups are spaced from each other by 10-100 mm. Thus reduction of Nox is achieved and generation of CO is suppressed.

A high temperature regenerator for an absorption water cooling and heating machine for extracting steam as coolant by heating and condensing a dilute solution of lithium bromide. An inner casing (,) defines therein a combustion chamber (,B) on the blow out port side of a burner for blowing out combustion gas. The solution is filled in liquid chambers defined in an outer casing (,) above and below the combustion chamber. A coolant vapor outlet passage (,) is defined in the upper part of the outer casing, and gas exhaust passages (,) are defined in the combustion chamber on a side remote from the burner. A plurality of solution tubes,communicated with the liquid chambers above and below the combustion chamber are extended through he combustion chamber. The plurality of solution tubes are plane tubes having fins (,) at their side surfaces. The fins are provided only on the upstream side. With these fins, the heat-exchange between the solution filled in the plane tubes and the combustion gas can be promoted so as to promote the flow of the solution.

High temperature regenerator for absorption water cooling and heating machine

A liquid distributor, a falling film heat exchanger and an absorption refrigerating machine, which are inexpensive and favorably ensure uniform distribution of a liquid even in the case where the liquid distributor is installed in oblique position and foreign matters such as metal particles or the like are mixed in the liquid. The liquid distributor comprise a primary distribution duct of box-shaped cross section having an opening serving as a liquid inlet, and distribution holes serving as liquid outlets and formed on side surfaces of the primary distribution duct, and a group of box-shaped secondary distribution trays spaced from outer side surface and lower side surface of the primary distribution duct, and formed to be compartmented into a plurality of regions in a longitudinal direction of the primary distribution duct. Liquid dripping holes, through which the liquid is dropped, are formed in bottom surfaces of the secondary distribution trays. The liquid distributor is incorporated in falling film heat exchangers or absorption refrigerating machines.
