An analysis apparatus capable of normally creating image data and an analysis disc used for this. Instead of using a signal which has been read in time series by pickup following a track so as to create an image by utilizing address information engraved on an optical disc, a mark () is recorded over the radius direction (A) of a read area () of the analysis disc () where an analysis object (B) is arranged, at least at a preceding position or a following position of the read area () in the rotation direction (C), so that video processing aligned according to this mark is executed, thereby executing video acquisition or a shape count with a high accuracy.

On a substrateholding a sample to be detected, a dielectric multilayeris disposed which reflects excitation light esupplied from above the substrateand transmits fluorescence femitted from the sample, and the excitation light eis reflected at the dielectric multilayerwhile the transmitted fluorescence fis detected by a light receiving unit, thereby providing a fluorescence measurement apparatus which can resolve a problem of reduction in detection sensitivity due to autofluorescence from the substrate or leakage of the excitation light from a light receiving filter, and which can detect the sample with high sensitivity.

When the modulation speed of the laser is increased, it is difficult to correctly detect a peak power and a bias power for controlling a laser power. The bias power current Ib is controlled by the operated value of the operation circuit in accordance with the reproduction power current Ir control value of the servo amplifier at the reproduction just before recording, and as for the erase power Pe, since its period is relatively long, the power is detected by the sample-hold circuit and the erase power current Ie is controlled by the operation circuit , and the peak power PP is controlled by the operated value of the operation circuit in accordance with the erase power current Ie, and therefore, a bottom hold circuit and a peak hold circuit are not required and the laser control apparatus which does not require the high-speed performance in a photodiode and a monitor circuit is realized to solve the above mentioned problem.
