A method for manufacturing a discharge product includes the steps of: preparing the double pressurized container including an outer container; an inner container stored inside the outer container and having flexibility; and a plug for sealing both of the outer container and the inner container; charging a concentrate inside the inner container; contracting the inner container before or after charging the concentrate; tightly mounting the plug to a mouth of the inner container; charging the pressurizing agent between the outer container and the inner container through a space between a mouth of the outer container and the mouth of the inner container; and tightly closing the space between the mouth of the outer container and the mouth of the inner container by the plug.

Provided are an ejection member and an aerosol product using the same capable of obtaining a desired shape of an ejection material by suppressing adhesion of the ejection ejection materials to each other. An ejection member to be connected to an aerosol container filled with a foaming content is provided with an expansion chamber for promoting foaming of the foaming content from the aerosol container and a plurality of nozzles for ejecting the foaming content in the expansion chamber to the outside. The expansion chamber is provided with an introduction port for introducing the foaming content from the aerosol container and a delivery port for delivering the foaming content to the nozzle side. The nozzles each have a slit-shaped ejection port. The communication path that communicates the ejection port and the delivery port has a slit-shaped slit portion. A length of the slit portion in the ejection direction is greater than a slit width of the ejection port.

Provided is a two fluid discharge container comprising: a container body; a piston partitioned by a first storage part and a second storage part, which are accommodated in the container body and are each to be filled with content, and a pressurized space to be filled with a pressurizing agent; and a valve mechanism that closes an opening in the container body, and has a passage through which the first storage part and the second storage part communicate. A two-liquid discharge container including a container body produced from synthetic resin, a partition wall member which vertically partitions the interior of the container body into a plurality of storage parts, and a valve which is provided with discharge passages that cause the respective storage parts to communicate with the outside, and which seals the container body, wherein contents are filled into the respective storage parts, at least one of the contents is a liquefied gas, and a liquefied gas lies between an undiluted solution filled into the lower storage part and a partition wall part.

Provided is a multilayer-structured discharge container having a simple structure, capable of facilitating the loading of a substance to be contained and a pressurizing agent, and capable of facilitating the ejection of the pressurizing agent after use. A discharge container in which a valve mechanism is provided with a stem having two independent in-stem paths, one in-stem path communicates with an in-holder discharge path, the other in-stem path communicates with an in-holder gas path, a contained substance is discharged by closing the other in-stem path, and the pressurizing agent is ejected by opening the other in-stem path. The discharge container is capable of causing a pressurization chamber and the atmosphere to communicate by removing a push-button from a valve assembly and pressing down a stem of a valve mechanism (switching operation).

A valve assembly in which contents respectively packed in multiple storage parts which cannot be reacted with each other in the middle of passage, an aerosol container equipped with the valve assembly, and an aerosol products are provided. An aerosol container comprises an outer container, two inner bags inserted into the outer container, and valve assembly which closes inner bags and outer container. The valve assembly comprises aerosol valves which are separated independently from each other and a holding member for holding the aerosol valves and for fixing the aerosol valves to the outer container.

An aerosol product comprising an aerosol container comprising a container body and an aerosol valve fixed to an opening of the container body, and an aqueous concentrate and a propellant being filled in the aerosol container, wherein the aqueous concentrate comprises an active ingredient having reactivity with oxygen, and an inert ingredient is present in at least a part of an injection passage of the aerosol valve, even though the aqueous concentrate comprising an active ingredient having reactivity with oxygen is filled, oxidation of the active ingredient is inhibited in the aerosol valve, and an aerosol product that can be stored stably for a long period of time and a method for manufacturing the same can be provided.

Methods for manufacturing an aerosol product

A nozzle hole mechanism () is provided with a nozzle hole () which ejects a concentrate into the atmosphere, a swirl chamber () which supplies the concentrate to the nozzle hole (), and a path () which supplies the concentrate to the swirl chamber (). The diameter of the nozzle hole () is 0.2 mm or less, the length of the nozzle hole () is in the range of 0.05-0.3 mm, and the swirl chamber () and the nozzle hole () are located on the same axis. The swirl chamber () is equipped with a front section having a solid cylindrical shape, which communicates with the nozzle hole, and a rear section having an ring shape. The nozzle hole mechanism is configured in such a manner that the concentrate is supplied to the rear section () and discharged from the nozzle hole () via the front section (). The configuration enables the nozzle mechanism to spray fine particles over a wide area using small spray amount.
