A method is provided for driving model calibration. The method clusters a plurality of vehicle trajectories into a plurality of datasets for different driving styles based on a score. The score is calculated for each vehicle trajectory by an objective entropy weight method. The method trains, for each of the plurality of datasets for the different driving styles relative to an existing target driving model, a respective neural network which inputs a respective one of the plurality of datasets and outputs a respective parameter for the existing target driver model to obtain a plurality of trained neural networks. The existing target driver model is for simulating human driving behaviors. The method performs, for each trained neural network, an online adaptation of the existing target driving model based on a respective output of each of the plurality of trained neural networks to obtain a plurality of adapted driver models.

Methods and systems for deploying an automated driving model include testing an automated driving model with a set of scenarios that include a single obstacle. The set of scenarios is pruned to include only those scenarios that do not result in a collision, but that may result in a collision with the addition of another obstacle. New scenarios are added to the set of scenarios to include scenarios that have an additional obstacle to form an updated set of scenarios. The automated driving model is tested with the updated set of scenarios. The automated driving model is deployed to a vehicle to control operation of one or more systems in the vehicle.

Methods and systems for text classification include identifying a text sample, classified according to a first class in a set of hierarchical graphs of classes, that is more similar to a second class in the set of hierarchical graphs of classes than to the first class according to a similarity metric. A word is deleted from the identified text sample that is associated with the second class. A word is added to the identified text sample that is associated with the first class. A text classification model is trained using the text sample as training data.
