An opening/closing device of an embodiment has first to third movable contacts, first to third transmission mechanisms, first to third containers, a crankshaft, an operating mechanism, and a shock absorbing mechanism. The first to third movable contacts are accommodated in the first to third containers. The first to third transmission mechanisms are connected to the first to third movable contacts. The first to third containers accommodate at least the first movable contact. The crankshaft operates the first to third transmission mechanisms and changes the first to third movable contacts from a closed state to an open state. The operating mechanism is disposed on the side of the first transmission mechanism to rotate the crankshaft. The shock absorbing mechanism is disposed on the side of the third transmission mechanism to absorb a shock of rotational movement of the crankshaft.

Opening/closing device

There are provided a row of external permanent magnets and a row of internal permanent magnets; a floating output ring is provided on which is wound a 3-phase coil, between these rows. The floating output ring has no mechanical restraining relationship with any other member in the linear motor). Instead, a controller that controls a PWM inverter that injects AC exciting current into the 3-phase coil brings the central axes of the double cylinder and the floating output ring into coincidence by generating supporting force with respect to the floating output ring by magnetism, by controlling the d axis current component of the exciting current.

A switchgear operating mechanism has: a ratchet wheel that rotates together with a closing shaft; a stop lever that enables contact between an energy storing cam and a roller; a motor that transmits power to a feed lever; a feed pawl; stop pawls that suppresses reverse rotation of the feed pawl; a closing lever that expands/contracts a closing spring; a catch mechanism for energy storage for the closing lever; a closing cam; a stopper unit that suppresses rotation of the stop lever; a first sprocket; second and third sprockets that are capable of rotating together with an intermediate shaft; a fourth sprocket rotatably fastened to an energy storing cam shaft; a first chain that engages with the first and second sprockets; and a second chain that engages with the third and fourth sprockets.

Switchgear and switchgear operating mechanism

The circuit opening operation section of an embodiment of switchgear operation mechanism comprises: a circuit opening electromagnetic solenoid having a fitting structure that is provided with a step; and a solenoid spacer for adjusting the distance between a circuit opening trigger mechanism and the circuit opening electromagnetic solenoid. The circuit opening solenoid has: a solenoid housing fixed in position by way of the solenoid spacer; a plunger; and a stopper fitted to the solenoid housing so as to limit the sliding motion of the plunger in the plunger returning direction when the coil is not supplied with electric power. The limiting position of the stopper is adjustable.

Switchgear and operation mechanism for the same

A gas circuit breaker includes movable and fixed electrode parts arranged to face each other in an engaging/separating manner in a container filled with an insulating gas, an operating mechanism attached to a partition of the container and configured to output an operating force to the movable electrode part, an operating rod attached to the movable electrode part, a first link rotatably attached to the operating rod, a lever rotatably attached to the first link, a support bearing fixed to the partition of the container via an insulating spacer, a second link rotatably attached to the lever and also rotatably attached to the support bearing, a seal bearing connected through the partition of the container, a seal rod rotatably attached to the center of the lever and slidably supported to the seal bearing, and a third link rotatably attached to the seal rod and also attached to the operating mechanism.

Gas circuit breaker

According to an embodiment, when a switchgear operating state is shifted from a close state to a cutoff state, a solenoid lever is pushed and rotated by a plunger of an electromagnetic solenoid for cutoff so that the solenoid lever rotates in a direction opposite from the direction of the urging of a solenoid-lever return spring. A trigger roller pin and the solenoid lever become disengaged from each other, an eccentric pin and a trigger lever are rotated by the urging force from a latch leading end become disengaged from each other, whereby a latch lever is rotated by the released energy of a cutoff spring.

An embodiment of a switchgear has: a closing shaft; a main lever fixed to the closing shaft and associated with a movable contact; a cutoff spring; a sub-shaft; a sub-lever and a latch lever which are connected to the sub-shaft; a roller pin mounted to the leading end of the latch lever; a latch; a latch returning spring for urging the latch; a latch pin fixed to the latch; and a ring mounted to the latch pin so as to be movable in the radial direction of the latch pin. In the closed state, the roller pin presses the leading end of the latch. In power cutoff operation, latch is pulled so as to permit rotation of the latch, engagement between the roller pin and the leading end of the latch is disengaged, and the sub-shaft is rotated by urging by the cutoff spring.

According to an embodiment, a switchgear operating mechanism has a roller pin rotatably fixed to a leading end of a latch lever. A latch is fixed to a solenoid lever at a position different from the rotation axis of the solenoid lever, and has a leading end engageable with the roller pin. In a state where the switchgear operating state is shifted from the closed state to the cutoff state, the solenoid lever is pushed by an electromagnetic solenoid for cutoff so as to be rotated in an opposite direction to the biasing direction of the solenoid lever return spring, and the latch lever is rotated by a biasing force of the roller pin to release an engagement between the roller pin and the leading end of the latch, which causes a cutoff spring to discharge its energy to rotate the latch lever.

The time period is shortened till a cutoff spring force is released when a switchgear is cut off. This switchgear comprises: a closing shaft; a main lever fixed turnably on the closing shaft and associated with a movable contact; a closing spring; a sub shaft; a sub lever and a latch lever fixed on the sub shaft; a roller mounted on the leading end of the latch lever; a turnable latch and a kick lever; a lock lever made turnable with respect to the latch; a latch returning spring for biasing the latch; a lock returning spring for biasing the kick lever and the lock lever; and a stopper for restricting the turns of the lock lever and the latch.

A switchgear operating mechanism for reciprocatively driving a movable contact of a switchgear so as to shift the switchgear between an open state and a closed state. In the closed state, a roller pushes a leading end of a latch in the direction substantially toward the rotation center of the latch. In a state where the switchgear operating state is shifted from the closed state to the open state, a lock lever is pulled so as to allow the latch to be rotated in the opposite direction to the biasing direction of a latch return spring to release an engagement between the roller and the leading end of the latch, which causes the opening spring to discharge its energy to rotate the sub-shaft.
