A magnetic circuit includes: a magnet including a first and a second surface; a top plate disposed on the first surface; a bottom plate coupled magnetically with the second surface; and a yoke coupled magnetically with the bottom plate and disposed so as to protrude from the bottom plate along a first direction. The second surface is parallel to the first surface. The first and the second surfaces are magnetized. The yoke includes a magnetic pole face that opposes the top plate. In a portion where the magnetic pole face is formed, of the yoke, a magnetic saturation part is disposed to generate magnetic saturation. The magnetic saturation part has a shape in which an area of a cross section perpendicular to the first direction decreases with nearness to a tip of the yoke along the first direction.

Loudspeaker magnetic circuit and loudspeaker equipped with same

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm body having a dome shape protruding upwardly, a magnetic circuit disposed below the diaphragm body, a voice coil coupled to the diaphragm body, an edge coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a frame coupled to the edge. The edge includes a first coupling portion provided at an outer circumference of the edge, a second coupling portion provided at an inner circumference of the edge and coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a roll portion disposed between the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. The edge has a surface facing downward. The frame has a connecting surface disposed below the second coupling portion and coupled to the surface of the edge at the first coupling portion of the edge. This loudspeaker can decrease distortion of sound.

A video display device includes a video display panel that displays video, a case that encloses an outer periphery of the video display panel, an audio device that is arranged in proximity to the outer periphery of the video display panel, the audio device being configured to linearly arrange a plurality of speakers, and a sound emitting hole that corresponds to an opening of the audio device, the sound emitting hole being provided to the case and emitting sound generated by the audio device.

The loudspeaker magnetic circuit is an external-magnet type, and has a magnet, an upper plate, and a lower plate. The magnet is sandwiched between the upper plate and the lower plate. At least one of the lower plate and the upper plate is formed of magnetic powder or a mixture of a magnetic powder and resin.

Magnetic circuit for loudspeaker, and loudspeaker using same

A loudspeaker includes a back panel and a plurality of thin loudspeakers mounted onto the back panel. The back panel has an aspect ratio of 6 or higher, and has a wiring unit formed thereon and wire-connecting the thin loudspeakers. The thin loudspeakers are arranged on the back panel in series in a straight line. Accordingly, a thin-type loudspeaker can be realized.

Loudspeaker, electronic apparatus using same, and mobile apparatus

A loudspeaker system includes an enclosure surrounding a plurality of loudspeakers. The plurality of loudspeakers are disposed in series along a straight line in the enclosure. The enclosure includes a front panel, a back panel and side panels. The front panel, the side panels, and the back panel are disposed parallel to the straight line on which the loudspeakers are arranged. The side panels are provided with a front slit and a back slit. The back slit is disposed at an opposite side of the front slit in the enclosure. Sounds emitted to the upper and lower sides of diaphragms of the loudspeakers are separated from each other such that the sounds are prevented from mixing with each other. This provides a loudspeaker system capable of achieving desired sound pressure-frequency characteristics.

Speaker system, electronic apparatus using same, and mobile body device

According to the present invention, there is provided a speaker for use in audio/video apparatuses and a small-sized speaker device capable of realizing preferable reproduction a bass sounds. In order to attain this, in the present invention, a pressure adjusting body is coupled to a portion of a magnetic circuit or a frame, which is a component of a speaker unit, to constitute the speaker unit. The speaker unit is mounted to a small-sized cabinet to constitute a speaker device, which enables realization of preferable reproduction of bass sounds.

Speaker, speaker device using the same and electronic apparatus and vehicle using the speaker

A material for improving the sound pressure level at the bass reproduction limit of the present invention is composed of an activated carbon having a cumulative pore volume of 0.4 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 50 angstroms or less. Preferably, this activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.1 ml/g or less for the pores each having a radius of 7 angstroms or less. In particular, when a sound pressure level improving material in which the activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.5 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 18 angstroms or less is installed in a cabinet of a loudspeaker device, the material alleviates pressure fluctuations of a gas within the cabinet caused by vibration of a loudspeaker, and thus a very good bass reproduction effect is attained. Moreover, in the case where a sound pressure level improving material in which the activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.4 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 18 to 50 angstroms is installed in the cabinet, a loudspeaker device having a good bass reproduction effect even in an atmosphere of high humidity is obtained.

Material for speaker device and speaker device using it

A loudspeaker device includes a loudspeaker box having a space therein, a loudspeaker unit, and a passive radiator. The loudspeaker unit and the passive radiator are attached to the loudspeaker box. The space of the loudspeaker box has a depth smaller on the passive radiator side than on the loudspeaker unit side. This structure allows the loudspeaker device to be mounted on a thin apparatus.

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm, an edge, and a voice coil. The diaphragm includes a groove having a concave cross section. Also, the diaphragm is in a horizontally or vertically elongated shape. The edge is coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm, and has a roughly half-round shaped cross section. The voice coil is bonded to the groove. The voice coil is thicker than a depth of the groove. Also, the voice coil has a cross section in which a dimension in a direction along a plane of the diaphragm is longer than a dimension in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the diaphragm.

A loudspeaker comprising at least one magnet, a yokefixed to a bottom surface of the magnet, a flat platefixed on an upper surface of the magnet, a magnetic circuithaving a magnetic gapformed between the plate and the yoke, and a flat diaphragmprovided with a coildisposed above the magnetic gap. The magnet has a width greater than that of the plate, and at least a part of the upper surface of the magnet is exposed so that it directly faces the diaphragm. According to the structure of the present invention, a larger volume magnet can be used without increasing the size of the magnetic circuit. Furthermore, as magnetic flux can be concentrated in an upper region of the magnetic gap, the magnetic circuit becomes efficient and compact. Thus a compact and high-efficiency loudspeaker for high frequency sound reproduction can be provided.

A loudspeaker includes a bobbin, a coil, a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, a first cylinder fixed to the outer surface of the bobbin, a second cylinder connected with the first cylinder, a diaphragm and a damper coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the second cylinder, an edge coupled to the diaphragm, a frame, and terminals. The outer circumference of a yoke constituting the magnetic circuit has a plurality of slits, while the first cylinder and the second cylinder are connected together by a plurality of radially-disposed joints. The loudspeaker has a flat profile yet is compatible with large amplitude and high output power, and capable of reproducing a wide range of sounds from a low tone to a high tone.

A loudspeaker includes: a bottom plate; a center pole provided upwardly from the bottom plate; a yoke surrounding the center pole and having a plurality of slits; a magnet for providing a magnetic flux for the center pole and the yoke; a coil provided between the center pole and the yoke; a first annular member for supporting the coil; a plurality of support members for supporting the first annular member, the plurality of support members being inserted into the plurality of slits; and a diaphragm supported by the plurality of support members, wherein upper faces of the plurality of support members gradually decrease in height in a direction away from the first annular member, and wherein a lower face of the coil is located below a position at which the diaphragm is supported by the plurality of support members.

A diaphragm is gained by the co-molded of a dome part, a voice coil junction part, a cone part and a peripheral part through the injection mold of thermoplastic resin. The thickness of the central part of the dome is made great so that the resonance amplitude in this part becomes small. In addition, an annular rib is integrally provided to the voice coil junction part so as to increase the junction strength between the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin. Thus, the electromagnetic driving force of the voice coil can be effectively transmitted to the diaphragm so that a loud speaker with excellent characteristics can be gained.
