Provided is a network system including a traffic information aggregating apparatus connected to a router for transferring data in a network, and a monitor server connected to the traffic information aggregating apparatus. In the network system, the traffic information aggregating apparatus receives traffic information from the router, assigns an aggregation identifier to the received traffic information, creates aggregated information by aggregating the traffic information based on the assigned aggregation identifier and by statistically processing the traffic information, transmits the created aggregated information and the assigned aggregation identifier to the monitor server, and retrieves, upon reception of a retrieval request including the aggregation identifier from the monitor server, requested traffic information from the received traffic information, based on the aggregation identifier included in the received retrieval request. Accordingly, an amount of data received by the monitor server can be reduced.

Traffic information aggregating apparatus

A session management server, which is provided with a service determination table having a plurality of entries each indicating a service identifier in association with possible particular items of information which may be extracted from a session setup request packet, receives a session setup request packet issued from a client to a particular application server and determines whether the client terminal is authorized to receive an information service by referring to the determination table, in place of the particular application server. When the determination results in success, the session setup request packet is forwarded to the particular application server.

Origination and incoming are regulated for each service in user units. An origination filter table stores contract service information indicating whether or not each service can be used and the maximum number of sessions that can be activated by the originator corresponding to each originator identifier (for example, SIP-URI). The present invention provides a communication control apparatus for controlling incoming and outgoing telephone calls (communication) in a corporate private telephone network and among a plurality of corporate telephone networks by using the IP. The communication control apparatus includes a plurality of interfaces connected to the plurality of corporate networks and processor, wherein when the processor receives an IP packet from a terminal that belongs to a first corporate network through any of the plurality of interfaces, the processor determines which of the corporate networks an incoming terminal for the packet belongs to based on outgoing SIP-URI and incoming SIP-URI contained in the header of the IP packet and performs necessary control so as to connect the outgoing terminal and the incoming terminal depending on each of the network to which the outgoing terminal belongs and other networks.
