A high frequency treatment tool for an endoscope includes a flexible insulating tube to be inserted into and pulled out of an accessory channel of the endoscope, the flexible insulating tube including a wire insertion channel and a water channel through which water is conveyed, a conductive wire configured to move back and forth in an axis line direction thereof through the wire insertion channel, and an electrode configured to project and recede from a distal end of the flexible insulating tube. The wire insertion channel and the water channel are separately formed in an axis line direction of the flexible insulating tube such that each of axis lines of the wire insertion channel and the water channel is eccentric with respect to the axis line of the flexible insulating tube. The electrode is coupled to the conductive wire such that an axis line of the electrode is eccentric with respect to an axis line of the conductive wire.

High frequency treatment tool for endoscope

A treatment tool for an endoscope, having a flexible sheath being made of electrically insulating material to be inserted through an instrument channel of the endoscope, an operation wire, which is adapted to be advanced and retracted in an axial direction of the sheath inside the sheath, a treatment instrument, which is arranged at a distal portion of the treatment tool and is adapted to be protruded and retracted from a distal end of the sheath, and a fluid channel with an opening, through which fluid is ejected toward the treatment instrument, is provided. The operation wire and the fluid channel are arranged inside the sheath in parallel with an axis of the sheath. The treatment instrument is connected to the operation wire in a laterally displaced position with respect to the operation wire, and is arranged in front of the opening of the fluid channel.

Treatment tool for endoscope

A bipolar high frequency treatment tool includes an inserting portion to be inserted into a human body through an instrument channel of the endoscope. An electrode assembly is attached to the distal end of the inserting portion. The electrode assembly includes a supporting member having a slit, a pair of shafts held by the supporting member so as to cross the slit, and a pair of electrodes. The pair of electrodes is pivotably supported by the pair of shafts so as to open and close like a pair of pincers. An insulator block is located in the slit between the pair of electrodes to prevent the pair of electrodes from making a short circuit within the slit. The pair of shafts is pressed into the insulating block so that the shafts do not come of from the insulating block and hence from the supporting member.

Treatment tool for endoscope having end effector operating like pincers

A bipolar high frequency treatment tool includes a flexible insulating tube to be inserted through an accessory channel of the endoscope. The insulating tube has a pair of guide channels extending over the length thereof through which a pair of conductive wires is passed. An end effector is attached to a distal end of the insulating tube. The end effector includes a pair of electrodes that opens and closes like a pair of pincers. The pair of electrodes is connected with the pair of wires so that a high frequency power can be supplied to the pair of electrodes.

Bipolar high frequency treatment tool for endoscope

The bipolar hemostatic forceps for an endoscope includes an inserting portion to be inserted into a body cavity through the endoscope, first and second electrodes mounted to a distal end of the inserting portion, and an insulator located between the first and second electrodes to insulate the first and second electrodes from each other except at the front portions thereof. The first and second electrodes are movable between an open position and a closed position so as to be able to pinch a bleeding portion between the front portions thereof. The first and second electrodes are supplied with high frequency electric power to generate high frequency current flowing through the bleeding portion pinched therebetween and thereby stop bleeding of that portion. The insulator is formed in a shape that restricts the swinging angles of the first and second electrodes.

Bipolar hemostatic forceps for an endoscope

An endoscopic forceps instrument has an inserting portion to be inserted into a body cavity through an endoscope, a clevis, a pair of rivets, and a pair of opposing jaws. The clevis is coupled to a distal end of the inserting portion. The pair of rivets is coupled to the clevis. Each of the rivets has a tip end that is swaged in order to fix the rivet to the clevis. The pair of opposing jaws is pivotably coupled to respective rivets so as to be movable between an open position and a closed position. The pair of rivets is arranged in parallel to each other. Further, the pair of rivets is arranged such that the tip ends thereof, which are swaged and therefore having relatively low mechanical strength, are located and swaged at opposite sides of the clevis.

Endoscopic forceps instrument

A pincerlike instrument for an endoscope, comprising a flexible sheath, a pair of limbs, and a water supply channel. The pair of limbs, being provided at the fore-end of the flexible sheath, opens and closes as a pincers by remote operations from the base-end of the flexible sheath. The water supply channel is formed inside the flexible sheath for ejecting water from the fore-end of the flexible sheath by supplying the water from the base-end of the flexible sheath. A water ejection opening for the water supply channel is disposed at the base portion of the pair of limbs between the two limbs with the water ejection opening facing forward.

Pincerlike instrument for endoscope

A bipolar high frequency treatment tool has an insetting portion to be inserted into a body cavity through an endoscope. Two electrodes are pivotably supported within a slit formed to a supporting member attached to the distal end of the inserting portion. An insulating member is also located within the slit of the supporting member. The insulating block has substantially the same width as the slit. The insulating block has first and second side surfaces which are facing the first and second inner side surfaces of the slit, respectively, and deformed to define first and second spaces between the insulating block and the first and second inner side surfaces of the slit. The first and second electrodes are received in the first and second electrodes, respectively.

Bipolar high frequency treatment tool for an endoscope

A cover tube, which is formed to be opened only at its upper surface and closed at its remaining portions, is disposed so as to be attachable and detachable beneath a hanger for suspending and holding an endoscope or an endoscope treatment member and so as to surround the tip end portion of the endoscope or the endoscope treatment member in a state of being suspended from and held by the hanger.

A connecting structure of a flexible tube with a mouthpiece, serving as elements of a treatment tool for an endoscope, includes at least one claw projection provided on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical connecting portion of the mouthpiece; and at least one claw-projection gap provided at a discontinuous portion of each claw projection. A connecting end of the flexible tube is inserted onto the cylindrical connecting portion so that at least one claw projection digs into an inner peripheral surface of the connecting end of the flexible tube. Each claw projection is provided perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical connecting portion. A surface of each claw projection is inclined inward, toward the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical connecting portion, in a direction so as to allow the cylindrical connecting portion to be inserted into the connecting end of the flexible tube.

Connecting structure for a flexible tube and a mouthpiece of a treatment tool used for an endoscope

A spray device used for an endoscope, the spray device having a liquid transfer tube and a spray nozzle connected to a distal end of the liquid transfer tube, includes at least one spiral guide channel; a liquid whirling chamber positioned in front of at least one spiral guide channel to be connected to an outlet thereof; and an orifice formed at a center of a front inner surface of the liquid whirling chamber. The front inner surface includes a concave surface, and the concave surface is formed so that the orientation of a tangential plane at a point on the front inner surface becomes closer to the orientation of a plane normal to the axis of the spray nozzle as the point on the front inner surface approaches the axis of the spray nozzle.
