A radiation imaging apparatus including pixels each including a conversion element and a switch element, a signal line to which signals are supplied from the pixels, a readout circuit reading out a signal supplied to the signal line and a processor processing a signal read out by the readout circuit, is provided. The readout circuit performs, during irradiation with radiation, a first operation of reading out a signal while the switch element of each of the pixels is in a non-conduction state and a second operation of reading out a signal while the switch element of a predetermined pixel of the pixels is in a conduction state. The processor corrects a second signal value of a signal read out by the second operation by using a first signal value of a signal read out by the first operation.

Method and apparatus for fixed pattern noise correction using non-conductive state measurements

A radiation imaging system comprising a radiation imaging apparatus in which pixels are arranged, a radiation source, a display unit, and a controller is provided. The controller causes, during radiation irradiation, the radiation imaging apparatus to repeat a generation operation of generating one image data by causing the pixels to perform an accumulating operation and a readout operation. When it is instructed to terminate the radiation irradiation, the controller causes the radiation source to stop the radiation irradiation in accordance with completion of the accumulating operation and the readout operation of the last row in the generation operation during which it was instructed to terminate the radiation irradiation, and causes the display unit to display an image based on last image data generated by the generation operation during which it was instructed to terminate the radiation irradiation.

The present invention provides an image display method that enables intuitive identification of a portion where a mammary gland region and a microcalcified region overlap each other in a radiographic captured image of a breast. The radiographic image data display method according to an aspect of the present invention includes detecting microcalcified regions and a mammary gland region in the radiographic image data, and displaying the microcalcified regions and the mammary gland region on a single screen.

A radiation imaging apparatus, comprising a sensor array and a controller, wherein the controller shifts to a non-capturing mode upon receiving an instruction representing a suspension of radiographic imaging, and shifts to a capturing mode upon receiving an instruction representing a start of radiographic imaging, and the controller performs, in the capturing mode, one of movie capturing and continuous capturing in which an operation of driving the sensor array in response to one radiation irradiation for the sensor array and acquiring image data of one frame from the sensor array is repetitively executed, and, in the non-capturing mode, drives the sensor array to suppress lowering of a temperature of the sensor array in the non-capturing mode from the temperature of the sensor array in the capturing mode.

Radiation imaging apparatus

The present invention aims to enhance the reliability of a semiconductor device having first through fourth capacitive elements. The first through fourth capacitive elements are disposed over a semiconductor substrate. A series circuit of the first and second capacitive elements and a series circuit of the third and fourth capacitive elements are coupled in parallel between first and second potentials. Lower electrodes of the first and third capacitive elements are respectively formed by a common conductor pattern and coupled to the first potential. Lower electrodes of the second and fourth capacitive elements are respectively formed by a conductor pattern of the same layer as the above conductor pattern and coupled to the second potential. Upper electrodes of the first and second capacitive elements are respectively formed by a common conductor pattern and brought to a floating potential. Upper electrodes of the third and fourth capacitive elements are respectively formed by a conductor pattern of the same layer as the above conductor pattern and brought to a floating potential, but not coupled to the upper electrodes of the first and second capacitive elements by a conductor.
