A first object of the present invention is to provide a stretchable conductor sheet that exhibits isotropic conductivity when stretched in a predetermined direction or in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction, and a paste for forming a stretchable conductor sheet, which is used for the stretchable conductor sheet. A second object of the present invention is to provide a stretchable conductor sheet having a small change in specific resistance even when repeatedly twisted, and a paste for forming a stretchable conductor sheet, which is used for the stretchable conductor sheet. A third object of the present invention is to provide a stretchable conductor sheet having a small change in specific resistance even when repeatedly washed, and a paste for forming a stretchable conductor sheet, which is used for the stretchable conductor sheet. The first object of the present invention can accomplish a stretchable conductor sheet having a thickness of 3 to 800 &#x3bc;m, the stretchable conductor sheet comprising at least conductive particles, inorganic particles surface-treated with a hydroxide and/or an oxide of one or both of Al and Si, and a flexible resin having a tensile elastic modulus of 1 MPa or more and 1000 MPa or less, wherein in each of two orthogonal directions, a specific resistance change ratio of the sheet at a time of elongation by 40% with respect to an original length is less than &#xb1;10% in an elongation direction.

The present invention provides to a wearable smart device having electrical wiring comprising a stretchable conductive composition having excellent in durability such as repeated bending properties and repeated twisting properties, a material for realizing the wearable smart device, and a method for producing the wearable start device. An electrical wiring including a fine line having an electrical line interval of 1 mm or less, preferably the line width of less than 1 mm, is formed by printing a paste for forming a stretchable conductor containing metal-based conductive particles and a non-crosslinked elastomer, and further dried and cured at a low temperature condition of 120&#xb0; C. for 30 minutes. As a result, the wearable smart device having electrical wiring constituted by fine lines without sagging of the edge is obtained.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretchable conductor that can be used to form a film having good repeated stretching durability, a garment-type election device that has a wire using the stretchable conductor, and a method for producing the same. Conductive particles, preferably silver particles, a predetermined quantity of a specific barium sulfate, and a flexible resin component are mixed together to obtain a stretchable conductor composition. A sheet made from the stretchable conductor composition thus obtained has a low initial conductivity, and a high conductivity retention rate when repeatedly stretched. By cutting the stretchable conductor composition into a predetermined shape and affixing the composition to fabric or the like that constitutes a garment, it is possible to achieve a garment-type device having electrical wiring with high stretchability.

The present invention provides an electroconductive paste which is excellent in a stability upon storage for a long period and in an anti-migration property, and capable of forming electrodes, wirings and sheets having a low resistance, an extensibility and a repetitive stretchability. An electroconductive silver paste, characterized in that, it contains a silver powder (A) and a rubber (B) containing a nitrile group, that a ratio by weight of (A)/(B) is within a range of from 77/23 to 90/10, that the silver powder (A) is an amorphous aggregated powder and/or a flaky powder, and that a content of an alkali metal in the nitrile group-containing rubber (B) is 4,000 ppm or less.

The present invention provides an excellent electrically conductive paste which is applicable or printable and stretchable and which ca realize an electrically conductive membrane having high electrical conductivity. An electrically conductive paste wherein a conductive, filler (B) is uniformly dispersed in a resin (A) characterized in that the resin (A) is a rubber (A1) containing sulfur atom and/or a rubber (A2) containing nitrile group, and that the conductive filler (B) is metal powder (B1) having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 &#x3bc;m and a conductive material (B2) having a group selected from mercapto group, amino group and nitrite group on its surface and having an aspect ratio of 10 to 10,000.
