A control system is provided for controlling an electrical component of a human-powered vehicle in accordance with a swivel state of a riding portion and a carrier. The control system includes a sensor, an electrical component and an electronic controller. The sensor is configured to output a signal corresponding to a pivot angle of a pivot portion provided between the carrier and the riding portion located between the carrier and a handle. The electronic controller is configured to control the electrical component in accordance with the signal output from the sensor.

A bicycle rear derailleur includes a base member including a mounting portion configured to be attached to a bicycle frame, the mounting portion having a mounting opening through which a central axis of a hub axle passes in a mounting state of the bicycle rear derailleur. The mounting portion includes a single joint or is free of any joint. Also included is a movable member movably coupled relative to the base member and a linkage structure operatively connecting the movable member to the base member. Also included is at least one of a motor, a first wireless communication unit, and an electrical connector. The at least one of the motor, the first wireless communication unit, and the electrical connector are disposed on at least one of the base member, the movable member, and the linkage structure.

The electronic controller is configured to control the motor in a first control state that limits at least one of a first driving time of the motor assisting in propulsion of the human-powered vehicle, a first driving number of times of the motor, a driving timing of the motor, a second driving time for driving the motor so that an output of the motor becomes greater than or equal to a predetermined output value, and a second driving number of times for driving the motor so that the output of the motor becomes greater than or equal to the predetermined output value.

A derailleur basically includes a base member, a movable member and a linkage assembly. The base member includes a first base member connecting section and a second base member connecting section. The outer link is pivotally coupled to the second base member connecting section about a third pivot axis. The outer link is pivotally coupled to the second movable member connecting section about a fourth pivot axis. The outer link member has a power source receiving part that is configured to be arranged such that the power source receiving part traverses a reference line extending between the third pivot axis and the fourth pivot axis.

A human-powered vehicle control device is configured to control a derailleur in a suitable state. The human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller configured to control a derailleur mounted to a human-powered vehicle based on a change in pressure of a tire detected by a pressure detector detecting the pressure of at least one tire of the human-powered vehicle.
