An embodiment of the invention may include a method, computer program product and computer system for managing mobile objects. The embodiment may receive an event detected in a geographic space by a mobile object of a plurality of mobile objects. The embodiment may determine a reliability of the event based on a reliability associated with the mobile object. The embodiment may store the event in a mobile object database based on the reliability of the even being above a reference reliability.

The present invention may be a method, a computer system, and a computer program product for grouping a plurality moving objects capable of communicating with a server computer. The server computer performs the method comprising: predicting travel routes of the plurality of moving objects, using current traveling data and travel history data; grouping the plurality of moving objects into at least one group, using the predicted travel routes; determining a representative moving object in each group; and communicating with the representative moving object.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-implemented method for obtaining one or more candidates for a relationship type and its label. The method comprises the following steps: analyzing a document annotated with entity types, the analysis comprising counting the number of pairs of co-occurring entity types in each sentence in the document, and judging whether there exists, in the document, a candidate for a label of a relationship type which shows relationship between or among the co-occurring entity types and, if the judgment is positive, storing a candidate for the relationship type and a candidate for its label; and outputting a result of the analysis. The method may further comprise, if the judgment is negative, storing a candidate for the relationship type without a candidate for its label.

Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for generation of vehicle travel data. Past-travel data including previously taken trips, along with metadata including, but not limited to, vehicle type, vehicle model, navigation device model, are obtained and classified. A travel route for simulation data is selected. Data from various previous trips are combined to create a simulation data set for the travel route. This data is based on actual vehicle data. This can enable a new level of accuracy for data analysis and simulations based on this data as compared with purely simulated data. Actual vehicle data accounts for driver behavior, road obstacles, signage, vegetation, vehicle characteristics, and other factors that may not be able to be captured with purely simulated traffic data. Using the data generated by disclosed embodiments enables these factors to be considered in traffic analysis.

System and method for generating vehicle travel data

A system comprises a display unit; an input device configured to receive user input; and a processing unit communicatively coupled to the display unit and the input device. It is determined whether a plurality of received car probes include one or more indicators of unusual behavior. An information entropy is determined from received car probes, for the vehicle having a car probe that includes an indicator of unusual behavior and for each of the selected surrounding vehicles. An anomalous point value is calculated for each vehicle, based on the determined information entropies. In response to determining that the anomalous point value for a car exceeds a pre-determined threshold, the vehicle is flagged as a vehicle exhibiting anomalous behavior.

In an approach to rule and dictionary creation based on an improvement cycle, a computing device receives a corpus, wherein the corpus comprises textual data. The computing device stores, in a rule database, a rule based on a user input. The computing device stores, in a dictionary, one or more words based on the corpus. The computing device updates one or more of the rule database and the dictionary based on an improvement cycle comprising user selections from system-generated recommendations.

Embodiments generally relate to locating a moving vehicle. In some embodiments, a method includes determining driving information associated with a vehicle that is moving, where the driving information includes pattern information associated with past movement of the vehicle. The method further includes periodically receiving reported vehicle probe information from the vehicle, where the reported vehicle probe information includes a current location of the vehicle. The method further includes acquiring context information on surroundings of the vehicle if no reported vehicle probe information is received from the vehicle for a predetermined amount of time. The method further includes generating estimation vehicle probe information associated with the vehicle based on the context information, where the estimation vehicle probe information includes one or more candidate locations of the vehicle.

An embodiment of the invention may include a method, computer program product and computer system for managing mobile objects. The embodiment may determine, by a mobile object server, a position of a mobile object in a geographic space managed by the mobile object server. The embodiment may determine a plurality of routes based on the position of the mobile object in the geographic space. The embodiment may calculate, by the mobile object server, a plurality of route parameters for the plurality of routes, wherein the plurality of route parameters includes a passage possibility of the mobile object over each route. The embodiment may calculate a plurality of edge parameters for a plurality of edges, wherein each edge is a segment of a route, and wherein the edge parameter includes the passage possibility of the mobile object over each edge.
