A universal joint includes two yokes respectively connected to two rotary members, a spider rotationally coupled to the two yokes, and a bearing disposed at a portion that couples the two yokes to the spider, the bearing rotationally supporting the spider. The spider is configured to be arranged in a space defined by inner surfaces of the two yokes and allow an outer ring of the bearing to be fixed to the spider.

Universal joint, coupling rod appratus, and musical instrument pedal device

A bass pad includes a frame body, a pad body, and a leg-opening mechanism. The frame body includes a pad base and a main post. The pad base is fixed to a clamp of a pedal device. The main post is arranged integrally with the pad base. The leg-opening mechanism includes two legs, two stays, and a sliding member. The height and angle of the pad base are adjusted by moving the sliding member in an axial direction of the main post to open or close the legs and the stays with respect to the main post.

Bass drum pad and drum kit

A snare pad includes a pad body, a batter surface member, and a dummy snare wire member. The batter surface member is coupled to the pad body. The dummy snare wire member is arranged in the pad body. The dummy snare wire member includes a plate-shaped first rigid member and a second rigid member that is arranged in a manner allowing for contact with the first rigid member. The batter surface member is coupled to the pad body without the pad body being located between the batter surface member and the dummy snare wire member.

An anti-loosening device includes a main body and an O-ring, which serves as an elastic member attached to the main body. The main body includes a fitting hole, into which the bolt head of a tension bolt is to be fitted, and eight holding sections, which laterally hold the bolt head fitted in the fitting hole. The holding sections are configured to open about the center line of the fitting hole and to laterally hold the bolt head fitted in the fitting hole.

Anti-loosening device for drum tension bolt

A pedal device includes a switching device, which is capable of selectively switching the position of a spring between a use position, at which the spring is disposed during the use of the pedal device, and a non-use position, at which the spring is disposed during the non-use of the pedal device. The switching device is configured such that the length between a first end and a second end of the spring when the spring is disposed at the non-use position is less than the spring length when the spring is disposed at the use position.

Drum pedal device

A drum pedal includes a unit body, a pedal, a chain belt, a shaft, a beater, and a tension coil spring. The tension coil spring has a lower end coupled through a bolt, an adjusting nut, and a locking nut to a bracket fixed to a column. The tension coil spring pivots together with the bolt and the adjusting and locking nuts relative to the bracket. A pivot fulcrum of the tension coil spring is provided on the lower surface of the bracket contacting the adjusting nut.

Pedal device for drum

A tom holder has a holder body, a pivoting member supported pivotally with respect to the holder body, and a rod, which projects from the pivoting member with the tom fixed to the rod. The tom holder has a pair of openings located at opposed positions. The tom holder is configured to be usable in either a first mode, in which the rod projects from the first opening, and a second mode, in which the rod projects from the second opening.

A cam assembly includes a wheel member fixed to a shaft and a cam member removably attached to the wheel member. By attaching the cam member to the wheel member while arranging the cam member in a first orientation, a first cam shape is given to the cam assembly. Moreover, by attaching the cam member to the wheel member while vertically inverting the cam member to set the cam member in a second orientation, a second cam shape different from the first cam shape is given to the cam assembly.
