Purchase from sellers of selection is enabled to be made through simple operations. Furthermore, prospective purchase events are distributed to sellers as needed. Demands of purchase candidates are retrieved. A trade information exchange method for achieving information exchange among multiple computers included in an information communication network: causes memory means to store reception conditions of sellers received from computers of the sellers; causes the memory means to store request information received from a computer of a purchaser; makes a first selection of choosing one or more sellers having reception conditions that conform to the request information; transmits the request information that does not include purchaser contact information to the computers of the sellers selected in the first selection, subsequently receives information indicating bids, makes a second selection of choosing one or more sellers according to the bids among limited sellers offering bids that can be successfully charged; and permits communication between the computers of the sellers selected in the second selection and the computer of the purchaser.

Device and method for exchanging trade information

A method of controlling the input and output of heat to and from a heat-storing material. The method includes the step of externally supplying thermal energy to the heat-storing material capable of being supercooled and filled into a plurality of small containers together with a phase-segregation preventive agent by use of a structure for supplying heat, whereby the heat-storing material is melted. The method also includes the steps of maintaining the heat-storing material in the supercooled state after the emission of sensible heat, and releasing the supercooled state of the heat-storing material by use of a structure for releasing the supercooled state of the heat-storing material, when the release of the stored heat energy is required, whereby the heat at the melting point is generated.

Heat storage type heater and method of controlling input and output of heat of the same

A heat storage device comprises a heat storage tankcharged with a heat storage materialfor storing the heat supplied from the outside, and a heat exchangerfor executing an injection and an extraction of heat between the inside of the storage tankand the outside by the heat exchange between the heat storage material and a heat transfer medium. The heat exchangeris disposed so as to execute a heat exchange between the central portionin the heat storage tankand the outside, and suppresses the natural convection of the heat storage materialof the outer portionby, for example, dispersing a liquid-absorbent materialin the outer portionsurrounding the central portion in the heat storage tank, whereby reduces the influence of external environment on the central portionin the heat storage tank, thereby suppressing the heat loss toward the outside.

A heat storage device comprises a heat storage tank charged with a heat storage material for storing the heat supplied from the outside, and a heat exchanger for executing an injection and an extraction of heat between the inside of the storage tank and the outside by the heat exchange between the heat storage material and a heat transfer medium. The heat exchanger is disposed so as to execute a heat exchange between the central portion in the heat storage tank and the outside, and suppresses the natural convection of the heat storage material of the outer portion by, for example, dispersing a liquid-absorbent material in the outer portion surrounding the central portion in the heat storage tank , whereby reduces the influence of external environment on the central portion in the heat storage tank, thereby suppressing the heat loss toward the outside.

A heat-storage heater which has a function of compensating a time lag between the generation and emission of heat and comprises a device such as a heat exchanger or electric heater supplying heat to a heat-storing material capable of being supercooled, the heat-storing material being filled into a plurality of small containers , a device such as a heat exchanger, thermoelectric element, electrodes, or vibrator for releasing the supercooled state of the heat-storing material, and a thermal radiation surface.
