A conversion apparatus includes: a conversion module having plural phases, each including a converter and a sensor, in which the plural phases are electrically connected in parallel, and a controller. The controller includes a first unit for determining a basic duty ratio common to all of the plural phases, so that an input or an output of the conversion module becomes equal to a target voltage or a target current, a second unit for determining a correction duty ratio and correcting the basic duty ratio for each of the plural converters, and a generator for generating the control signal based on the basic duty ratio and the correction duty ratio. The second unit determines the correction duty ratio based on a difference between plural phase currents respectively flowing in the plural converters. The basic duty ratio is equal to or greater than an absolute value of the correction duty ratio.

Conversion apparatus, device, and control method

An electric current sensor of electric equipment includes a detection element, a reference voltage line to which a reference voltage signal is transmitted, an output signal line to which an output signal of the detection element is transmitted, and a ground line connected to a ground potential. The reference voltage line, the output signal line, and the ground line are bundled together by a cylindrical member which does not contain metal, and in this state, the reference voltage line, the output signal line, and the ground line are routed inside a casing containing a reactor, and connected to a control device.

Harness routing structure of electric vehicle

In electric equipment, a switching substrate is provided along winding axes of winding parts. A part of the switching substrate is overlapped with a reactor, as viewed in a direction perpendicular to a virtual plane including the winding axes. Further, an electric current sensor is shifted from the reactor in a direction of winding axes, and a sensor substrate is provided in parallel to the virtual plane.

When a control device simultaneously drives first and second direct-current power converter circuits, the control device can arbitrarily control a first voltage and a second voltage, and a load voltage by changing at least one of first and second duties. The control device generates a loop current, which discharges a first power source and charges a second power source, or a loop current, which charges the first power source and discharges the second power source, in a loop circuit where a first reactor and a second reactor are connected in series.

Power device

In a DC-DC converter control apparatus, it is configured to have a current sensor for detecting a current flowing through a positive electrode wire connecting the second common terminal with the positive electrode terminal of the high-voltage port and to control operations of the first and second switching elements based on the current detected by the current sensor. With this, it becomes possible to accurately detect the current of the windings and appropriately control the operation of the switching elements based on the detected currents without increasing the transformer in size.

DC-DC converter control apparatus

A composite (combined type of) transformer includes: a transformer core including a plurality of transformer magnetic leg portions, a transformer magnetic leg portion, and a pair of transformer bases; a plurality of inductor cores each including an inductor magnetic leg portions, inductor outer magnetic leg portions, and a pair of inductor bases; and a plurality of windings wound around the transformer magnetic leg portion and the inductor magnetic leg portions. The windings are wound to generate magnetic fluxes in such directions as to be cancelled out in a magnetic closed circuit in the transformer core.

Composite transformer

A composite transformer includes: a transformer core including transformer-core legs; inductor cores including inductor-core legs; windings wound around the transformer-core legs and the inductor-core legs; the transformer core includes a pair of transformer bases connected to both ends of each of the transformer-core legs, and allows formation of closed magnetic circuits in the transformer core; each of the inductor cores includes one of the inductor-core legs, an outer core leg, and a pair of inductor bases connected to both ends of the one of the inductor-core legs and both ends of the outer core leg, and allows formation of a closed magnetic circuit in each inductor core; and the windings are wound in such directions that the magnetic fluxes produced in the transformer-core legs cancel each other in the closed magnetic circuits in the transformer core whichever of the windings is energized.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a power converter capable of not only boosting the voltage but also shutting-off the flowing current, by switching only the switch element. The power converter, comprises a first input-output portion, a second input-output portion, a first capacitor C, a second capacitor Celectrically connected with the first capacitor Cin serial, a first current control block B, a second current control block B, a third current control block B, a fourth current control block B, and a switching controlleroperable to switch certain current control blocks, wherein the current flowing direction is opposite to each other between a first current control element B(B, B, B) and a second current control element B(B, B, B) which compose the current control block B(B, B, B).

Power converter

A power converter includes an input unit, an output unit, first and second capacitors connected in series, a first electric conduction control device, a second electric conduction control device, a third electric conduction control device, and a fourth electric conduction control device, and a control circuit for performing on/off control on those electric conduction control devices. The first electric conduction control device and the fourth electric conduction control device have a first path through which a current flowing between the input unit and the output unit is allowed to flow in one direction, and a second path which has a switch function of allowing the current flowing between the input unit and the output unit to flow through or shutting off such a current.

A multi-parallel magnetic-filed cancellation type transformer includes a plurality of coils which generate magnetic flux during energization and a core having a plurality of magnetic leg portions on which the coils are wound, and bases for fixing the magnetic leg portions. The plurality of coils are wound on the magnetic leg portions in such a manner that the magnetic flux generated from the coils are formed in the directions opposite to each other. A plurality of closed magnetic circuits of the magnetic flux are formed at the magnetic leg portions and the bases. The magnetic resistance of the closed magnetic circuits is homogeneous. Accordingly, the transformer can reduce the size thereof, and prevent the deterioration of electric power conversion efficiency.

Multi-parallel magnetic-field cancellation type transformer

The invention provides an optimal electric power converter for a DC/DC converter which variably steps up a voltage successively with an optional magnification of one to two times or more and/or step down a voltage successively with a step-down ratio of one time or less. The converter includes a first input-output part, an inductor connected with a positive or a negative electrode side of the first input-output part, plural switches, plural capacitors, a second input-output part connected with plural capacitors, and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit controls the plural switches with operation mode and makes the inductor and plural capacitors selectively functional, wherein the electric power converter is of a switched capacitance type that performs any operation out of step-up, step-down, regeneration, and continuity, and wherein the control circuit controls to have a period for which two switches out of the plural switches are simultaneously turned ON.
