A speaker frame, including: a vibration support portion supporting a vibrating body of a speaker; a magnet support portion arranged inside of said vibration support portion and supporting magnetic circuit portion of said speaker; and a plurality of connection beams connecting said vibration support portion and said magnet support portion, wherein the vibration support portion and the magnet support portion have a circular ring shape having the same major axis length and minor axis length, said plurality of connection beams are arranged radially centering on a central axis from said magnet support portion to said vibration support portion, the central axis being parallel to a direction of an acoustic radiation, and a length of one of said connection beams and a length of another connection beams are different from each other.

Speaker frame and speaker having the same

A speaker frame, including: a vibration support portion supporting a vibrating body of a speaker; a magnet support portion arranged inside of said vibration support portion and supporting a magnetic circuit portion of said speaker; and a plurality of connection beams connecting said vibration support portion and said magnet support portion, wherein in a cross-section passing through a central axis of said speaker, an inclination angle of one connection beam of said connection beams to said central axis is different from an inclination angle of other connection beam to said central axis.

A high performance speaker is provided and includes a simple structure magnetic circuit achieved without the need of a complicated manufacturing process, and a high performance speaker is provided and includes a simple structure diaphragm achieved without the need of a difficult process for forming a U shape of a narrow width in the diaphragm. A speakeris equipped with an inner-magnet-type magnetic circuitprovided with a magnet, a plateand a yoke, a voice coil, and a diaphragmsupporting the voice coilin place close to the end of the platewhile allowing the voice coil to vibrate. The yokeis formed in an approximately flat plate shape having a diameter equal to or larger than that of the plate. The diaphragmhas a dome-shaped vibrating sectionformed in a central portion, a cone-shaped vibrating sectionhaving an outer periphery supported by a speaker frame, and a voice coil bobbinwhich is formed between the dome-shaped vibrating sectionand the cone-shaped vibrating section. The voice coil bobbinis formed in an L-shaped cross section bending outward from an end of a tubular portion in which the voice coilis mounted. The dome-shaped and cone-shaped vibrating sections and the voice coil bobbin are molded together in one piece.

Speaker and magnetic circuit

A Vibration system part for a speaker device includes a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of basalt fiber produced by twist yarn or roving yarn being a continuous long-fiber. The vibration system part for the speaker device may be a diaphragm, a center cap, an edge or a damper, for example. In a preferred example, the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin. Additionally, a lamination member, such as paper, foam material, resin or a film, is preferably laminated (coated) on the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric. Thus, the vibration system parts for the speaker device, having excellent acoustic property and reliability, can be obtained at a low price.

Vibration system part for speaker device and manufacturing method thereof

A diaphragm () of a speaker () includes a vibrating member having a substantially thin-plate shape and a base material disposed substantially at the center in a width direction of the vibrating member. The base material is formed by a woof group, a front diagonal thread group, a back diagonal thread group and a warp group, the groups being arranged so as to cross with each other and have axial directions different from each other. Accordingly, tensile strengths of the diaphragm () in the axial directions of the groups, i.e., tensile strengths in four directions, can be set to substantially the same. Accordingly, since the number of directions having substantially the same tensile strength is larger than conventional arrangements using triaxial fabrics, occurrence of deformation such as bending of the diaphragm () due to resonance can be prevented as compared to the conventional arrangements. Therefore, the speaker () capable of vibrating properly can be provided.

Diaphragm and speaker

A diaphragm for a speaker is made by forming acrylic foam. As the material of the acrylic foam, using maleic anhydride and methacrylic amide are contained. Thereby, the coefficient of saturated water absorption can be reduced. When the diaphragm thus manufactured is used for a speaker device, the decrease of strength due to the water absorption and the deterioration of the sound quality can be prevented even in a humid environment.

Diaphragm for speaker and manufacturing method thereof

A substrate () made by a thin magnesium plate having a thickness of at most 60 &#x3bc;m and bent in a predetermined shape is subjected to anodic oxidation using an alkali-mixture aqueous solution containing metallic salt with a pH 12 or more so that porous anodic oxide coatings () are formed on the surfaces thereof. A first treated substrate () having the anodic oxide coatings () is immersed in a bath of a dye (B), which fills the pores (A) of the anodic oxide coatings () and dyes the substrate, providing a second treated substrate (). The second treated substrate () is subjected to electrodeposition using electrodeposition paint made mainly of acrylic resin, forming electrodeposition coatings () on the anodic oxide coatings (). A magnesium diaphragm is thereby produced, which is thin and has sufficient sensitivity and desired characteristics. The diaphragm thus dyed has metallic gloss and hence acquires a high decorative value.

Magnesium diaphragm, method of manufacturing the same, and speaker apparatus

A speaker diaphragm which has a high rigidity and can improve sound transmission speed for better sound quality is provided. The speaker diaphragm contains fibers of 3 to 50 mm length mixed in matrix resin. The fibers are oriented radially from center to periphery in surface layers of the diaphragm, while they are oriented in different directions in a middle layer. After setting the resin, these fibers are fixed in the matrix resin with certain tension applied thereto.
