The invention relates to a case () for disk cartridges comprising a containing part () adapted to contain the disk cartridges (D), and a lid part () which is provided on an opening () of the containing part () via a hinge part () and adapted to be freely opened and closed. There are provided at least one pair of locking portions (), () which are adapted to be engaged with each other in areas near corners (c) of both side faces of the opening () of the containing part () and an opening () of the lid part (). Therefore, the invention has made it possible to provide the case which can be simply manufactured and can obtain sufficient lock holding force required for practical use.

Case

The outer surface of an article is covered with a wrapping film, and both edges of the film are lap-welded with each other to constitute a body seal section. Both of the upper and lower edges of the film overlap extending out of an article to be wrapped are folded to the inside of the article, whereby upper and lower folded parts are formed. These folded parts overlap with each other, and are bonded and lap-welded together, thereby constituting a side seal section. An unbonded part is formed along the periphery of the upper folded part, wherein the upper folded part and the lower folded part are not bonded together. Two slits are formed in that unbonded part substantially at right angles or an inclined angle to the edge of the upper folded part, and spaced apart from each other by a certain interval. When an interval between the slits is peeled off with a finger, the unbonded part splits along the slits, and hence the side seal section splits. The split made by the slits is extended along the body seal section by pulling the split further toward the inside of the article, whereby the body seal section is removed.

Wrapped article

The outer surface of an article is covered with a wrapping film, and the both edges of the film are lap-welded with each other to constitute a body seal section. A first slit is formed along the body seal section, substantially parallel thereto, and is spaced a small distance apart therefrom. A second slit is formed in the body seal section substantially at right angles or an inclined angle to the edge of the body seal section. When the end of the first slit is peeled off, the film splits along the body seal section and also towards the second slit. The second slit helps the split to stretch further in the transverse direction of the article. As a result of this, the wrapping film splits in both the longitudinal and lateral directions thereof.

Wrapping film for article

A index card 20 is provided so that a third narrow part 25, a first narrow part 21 and a first wide part 22 overlap a second wide part 23, a second narrow part 24 and a third narrow part 26 respectively when folding is conducted with a border line between the first wide part 22 and the second wide part 23 a folding line 27. By this means, when conducting printing on the first narrow part 21 and the first wide part 22 using a printer of a word processor or PC, the parts from the second wide part 23 to the fourth narrow part 26 can be supported in a paper holding mechanism and a paper feed mechanism of the printer, and printing can be conducted over the entire paper surface.

Index card

The outer surface of an article is covered with a wrapping film, and both ends of the wrapping film are lap-welded by heating, so that a body seal section is created. A removal tab is created at a position close to the longitudinal end thereof by slits that are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and cut parallel to each other along the marginal line of the body seal section on an upper overlapping film of the wrapping film. A perforated section is created and extended in line with one of the slits that constitute the removal tab in such a way that it crosses an imaginary continuation from this slit and departs from another imaginary continuation from the remaining slit. The end of the removal tab is picked up with fingers, and the fingers are moved in a direction of an arrow A, and the wrapping film is torn up from the slits. A split from one of the slits reaches the perforated section. Further pulling of the removal tab in the A direction causes the split from the slit to spread along the perforated section, and a split from another slit also spreads, whereby the wrapping film is widely opened.

The outer surface of an article is covered with a wrapping film, and both ends of the wrapping film are lap-welded by heating, so that a body seal section is created. An unbonded part is formed on the periphery of the edge of an upper overlapping film of the wrapping film along the marginal line of the same. This unbonded part extends between the marginal line of the upper overlapping film and the edge of the body seal section. A slit is formed in the vicinity of the unbonded part at right angles to the marginal line of the upper overlapping film. A weakly bonded part, where the upper overlapping film and the lower overlapping film are weakly bonded to each other, is formed to be adjacent to the opposite side of the unbonded part of the body seal section relative to the slit, and extends from that side of the unbonded part to a predetermined length along a marginal line of the upper overlapping film.

Wrapped article with tear slits

A wrapping film having a barrel seal portion made up of both end portions of the wrapping film which are overlapped with each other and sealingly welded together, and a slit for unwrapping the film along the barrel seal portion. The slit is formed across the barrel seal portion, whereby, in unwrapping it, the wrapping film is widely torn to expose the wrapped article with ease.
