An abnormality diagnosis device includes: a data acquirer to acquire a current waveform and a driving frequency of an electric motor; a storage which stores a combination of a current value of the current waveform and the driving frequency at an identical time by the data acquirer; a data determiner to determine whether or not a current value of the current waveform and the driving frequency as a diagnosis target at an identical time by the data acquisition match the combination stored in the storage; an analyzer to perform frequency analysis for the current waveform determined to be matched by the data determiner, to extract sideband waves, and calculate a spectrum intensity of the sideband waves; and an abnormality diagnosis processor to make a diagnosis that abnormality has occurred, when the spectrum intensity of the sideband waves is equal to or greater than a threshold.

Abnormality diagnosis device, abnormality diagnosis method, and abnormality diagnosis system

A motor control apparatus applied to a structure in which a plurality of synchronous motors connected in parallel and mechanically coupled to each other is driven by a single power converter, includes a vector control unit and an abnormality detection unit. The vector control unit divides a current flowing in/out the synchronous motors into a q-axis current and a d-axis current and individually controls the divided currents based on a q-axis current command value and a d-axis current command value. The abnormality detection unit detects whether at least one synchronous motor is wrongly wired or is disconnected based on a q-axis inductance, the q-axis current command value, a rotation speed of the synchronous motors, and a d-axis voltage command value.

Motor control apparatus

To achieve smooth switching of control without fluctuations in speed and torque, an excitation current command is allowed to transit linearly or in accordance with the function of speed between a value under sensorless vector control and a value under low-speed region control in accordance with a speed command or estimated speed in a speed region where the control is switched or in an adjacent speed region where sensorless vector control is performed. Therefore, abrupt variations in excitation current are reduced before and after the switching of the control.

Motor control device

A control device for AC rotary machine includes a current vector detection section (), a magnetic flux vector detection section (), an adaptive observation section (), a control section (), a voltage application section (), a deviation vector calculation section () for outputting a current deviation vector and a magnetic flux deviation vector, and a deviation amplification section (). The adaptive observation section () calculates an estimated current vector, an estimated magnetic flux vector, and an estimated position, based on a voltage instruction vector and an amplified deviation vector. Further, the control section () superimposes a high-frequency voltage vector, and the magnetic flux vector detection section () calculates a detected magnetic flux vector, based on a magnitude of a high-frequency current vector having the same frequency component as the high-frequency voltage vector, included in a detected current vector, and on a magnitude of a rotor magnetic flux.

Control device for alternating current rotary machine

A control device of an AC rotating machine includes a controller receiving a current vector instruction and a detection current vector as inputs and outputs a voltage vector instruction to the AC rotating machine, an alternating current amplitude computation mechanism computing an alternating current amplitude of at least one of a parallel component and an orthogonal component with respect to the voltage vector instruction, an alternating current amplitude instruction generator generating an alternating current amplitude instruction from the current vector instruction, and a magnetic-pole position computation mechanism computing an estimated magnetic-pole position of the AC rotating machine. The magnetic-pole position computation mechanism computes the estimated magnetic-pole position so that the alternating current amplitude coincides with the alternating current amplitude instruction.

Control device of AC rotating machine

A control device for an AC rotating machine having a current limiting function of protecting the AC rotating machine and a driving unit such as an inverter from over-current, in which the control device has the reliable current limiting function in driving the AC rotating machine with known or unknown electrical constant. In the control device, a frequency correction value arithmetic unit has an amplification gain computing element for computing an amplification gain based on an electrical constant of the AC rotating machine and an amplifier for computing a frequency correction arithmetic value based on the amplification gain computed by the amplification gain computing element and the current of the AC rotating machine, in which the frequency correction arithmetic value is outputted as a frequency correction value in a predetermined running state of the AC rotating machine.
