A process for producing a monolithic ceramic electronic component, which includes: providing a ceramic slurry, a conductive paste and a ceramic paste; forming a plurality of composite structures each comprising a ceramic green sheet produced by shaping the ceramic slurry, internal circuit element films formed by applying the conductive paste partially onto a main surface of the ceramic green sheet so as to provide step-like sections, and a ceramic green layer which compensates for spaces defined by the step-like sections, the ceramic green layer being formed by applying the ceramic paste onto the region on the main surface of the sheet on which the element films are not formed so as to substantially compensate for the spaces; forming a green laminate by laminating the composite structures; and firing the green laminate. A ceramic slurry composition is obtained by mixing a ceramic raw material powder, a water-soluble acrylic binder and water, wherein the water-soluble acrylic binder has a weight average molecular weight of from about 10,000 to 500,000, and has an inertial square radius of not more than about 100 nm in water. The ceramic slurry composition can have a low viscosity as well as good dispersion characteristics for the ceramic raw material powder, good flow characteristics and good form characteristics, and can provide ceramic green sheets having a high density and excellent drying characteristics, by decreasing the solution viscosity, without decreasing the molecular weight of the water-soluble acrylic binder containing a hydrophobic component.

The object of the present invention relates to a plated steel material and a method of production the same, having enhanced corrosion resistance and workability required for outdoor and exposed uses such as structures, revetments, fishing nets, fences, etc., and a method to produce the plated steel material having an alloy layer 20 &mgr;m or less in thickness consisting of, in mass, 25% or less of Fe, 30% or less of Al, 5% or less of Mg and the balance consisting of Zn at the interface of a plated layer and a base steel; also relates to a plated steel material and a method of production the same, excellent in corrosion resistance and workability, having, at the interface of a plated layer and a base steel, an alloy layer composed of: an inner alloy layer 5 &mgr;m or less in thickness consisting of, in mass, 15% or more of Fe, 20% or more of Al, 2% or more of Si, 5% or less of Mg and the balance consisting of Zn; and an outer alloy layer 30 &mgr;m or less in thickness consisting of, in mass, 25% or less of Fe, 30% or less of Al, 2% or more of Si, 5% or less of Mg and the balance consisting of Zn.

This invention provides a plated steel wire with high corrosion resistance and excellent workability, wherein the average composition of the plating alloy in the plated steel wire comprises, in terms of weight percentage, Al: 4-20%, Mg: 0.8-5%, and if necessary one or more from among Si: &lE;2%, Na: 0.001-0.1% and Ti: 0.01-0.1%, with the remainder Zn, and an Fe&mdash;Zn alloy layer of no greater than 20 &mgr;m thickness is present at the plating-base metal interface; it is produced by coating a steel wire with a molten zinc plating composed mainly of zinc as the first stage and then.coating it with a molten zinc alloy plating with the aforementioned average composition as the second stage. The maximum plating bath immersion time is 20 seconds, and the part of the plated steel wire drawn out from the plating bath is purged with nitrogen gas.

A coated steel material excellent in corrosion resistance and a method of producing the same, wherein a coated steel material has on the surface of the steel sheet a Zn-alloy coating layer containing 1-10 wt % of Mg, 2-19 wt % of Al and 0.01-2 wt % of Si, where Mg and Al satisfy Mg (%)&plus;Al (%)&lE;20%, the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, and has a coating layer structure of a Mg intermetallic compound or the like. As a base metal treatment, it is preferably provided with a Ni coating layer. The coated Zn-alloy coated steel sheet may have provided on the coating layer, as an intermediate layer, a chromate film layer, and, as an upper layer, an organic coating layer. -Zn coated steel material, ZN coated steel sheet and painted steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance, and method of producing the same

Provided are a high strength cold rolled steel sheet and a high strength plated steel sheet possessing improved geomagnetic shielding properties, that is, having a high relative permeability in a d.c. magnetic field around 0.3 Oe, a process for producing the same, and an explosion-proof band or an outer magnetic shielding material, for television cathode-ray tubes, using the steel sheet. An ultra low carbon steel, which has a carbon content of not more than 0.0060% and has been subjected to solid solution strengthening utilizing silicon and magnesium without relying upon precipitation strengthening, is deoxidized with silicon so that aluminum is substantially absent in the steel. Alternatively, when the ultra low carbon steel is deoxidized with aluminum, boron is added to inhibit the precipitation of AlN. Next, the deoxidized steel is finish rolled at 750 to 980.degree. C., cold rolled with a reduction ratio of 60 to 90%, and then annealed in the temperature range of 750.degree. C. to the Ac.sub.3 point in a continuous annealing equipment or an in-line annealing type continuous galvanizing equipment to bring the ferrite grain diameter in the metallographic structure to 10 to 200 .mu.m.

High-strength cold rolled steel sheet and high-strength plated steel

An electronic part mounting apparatus enables reduction of the time required for attracting and mounting of a part and is reduced in cost and occupies comparatively little space as composed to conventional electronic part mounting apparatus. The mounting apparatus comprises a mounting head, an attracting nozzle mounted for vertical movement, an image pickup camera mounted in parallel to the attracting nozzle, and a mirror unit mounted for horizontal movement and including a plurality of reflecting mirrors disposed in opposing relationship to lower ends of the attracting nozzle and camera to define a light path from an electronic part attracted to the part attracting nozzle to the camera.
