A coating film capable of being peeled off in the shape of sheet to facilitate a coating film removal work, and is less likely to peel even after long periods of use on an underwater structure is provided. The coating film comprises an undercoat layer to be bonded to an underwater structure, and an antifouling layer bonded to the undercoat layer, wherein: a 100-gram underwater constant load peeling degree of the coating film is less than 5; a ratio of a tensile breaking strength of the coating film to an adhesive force of the coating film with respect to the underwater structure, as measured after immersing the coating film in pure water at 60° C. for 5 weeks is 1.5 or more; and a 1-mm square cross-cut stretching-caused peeling degree of the antifouling layer with respect to the undercoat layer is 0.05 or less.

Provided is a carbon-dioxide capture and treatment system comprising: a carbon dioxide-enriched mixture gas generation device comprising a separation membrane capable of increasing a carbon dioxide concentration of a mixture gas taken therein, thereby generating a carbon dioxide-enriched mixture gas; a carbon dioxide conversion device configured to convert carbon dioxide in the enriched mixture gas received from the carbon dioxide-enriched mixture gas generation device, into a chemically stable compound; a final treatment device comprising an adsorbent, wherein the final treatment device is configured to adsorb the carbon dioxide by the adsorbent, thereby separating the carbon dioxide from other gas components; and a carbon dioxide direct capture device configured to take in air contained in an ambient environment, and supply the taken-in air to the final treatment device or an upstream side thereof in the carbon-dioxide capture and treatment system.

As a conventional antifouling measure to prevent adherence of aquatic organisms to a submersible sensor unit, a grease containing a stimulant, such as mustard, capable of repelling aquatic organisms is applied onto a sensing part thereof, thereby preventing adherence of the aquatic organisms. However, the irritant-containing grease applied onto the sensing part will come off within one to two months, resulting in disappearance of its effect. Thus, it is necessary to perform work of pulling up the submersible sensor unit and re-applying the grease, in each case. The present invention provides a water flow resistant submersible sensor unit which comprises an aquatic organism adherence preventive film capable of preventing adherence of aquatic organisms even when used in the submersible sensor unit for about half a year, almost without involving any underwater movement, and capable of, after use, being easily peeled off from the submersible sensor unit.

The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of aquatic organisms, which includes an antifouling layer, a base material layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this order, which has the base material layer composed of an inexpensive material, and which has high adhesion between the antifouling layer and the base material layer without performing the easy adhesion treatment, for example, a primer treatment or a corona treatment. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of aquatic organisms of the present invention comprises an antifouling layer, a base material layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this order, wherein the base material layer contains an ionomer resin.

The present invention provides an anti-fouling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and anti-fouling treatment method capable of preventing peeling from overlapping portions when adjacent anti-fouling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets are attached by allowing end portions thereof to overlap each other. The birefringent film of the present invention contains an aromatic polyester having a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1). In the general formula (1), A(s), B(s), C(s), and D(s) are each independently represent a group selected from a halogeno group, an alkyl group which has 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and an aryl group. A tungsten powder having a powder specific surface of 0.4 m /g or more is hot-pressed at a temperature of 1,600&deg; C. or more and then subjected to HIP at a temperature of 1,700&deg; C. or more without capsuling, whereby a tungsten target for sputtering is manufactured that has a relative density of 99% or more and an average crystal grain size of 100 &mgr;m or less. This manufacturing method can manufacture, stably at a low cost, a tungsten target having such a high density and fine crystal structure as cannot be attained by the conventional pressure sintering method, and can greatly decrease the number of particle defects on a film produced by using such a target.
