An applied liquid applicator for discharging applied liquid by turning of an operating portion provided to a barrel main body achieves improved filling efficiency of the applied liquid stored in the barrel main body with respect to an inside capacity of the barrel main body. The applied liquid is fed to the applicator portion through the first valve and the applied liquid feed path by turning the operating portion and sliding the piston in the front-back direction by use of the cam mechanism portion.

A rotary advancing container includes: a cylindrical front barrel; a cylindrical rear barrel arranged in a rear of the front barrel so as to be rotatable relative to the front barrel; a holding member inserted inside the front barrel or the rear barrel to support a stick-like member; and a threaded rod that is screwed into an interior part of the rear barrel. The stick-like member having a non-circular shape is moved in an axial direction relative to the front barrel by rotating the front barrel relative to the rear barrel, a front end of the threaded rod is formed in approximately the same shape with the rod-like member, and, a rear side portion of the threaded rod has a non-circular shape and is formed with a thread.

To provide a puncture device which prevents components constituting a puncture device from being damaged by buckling (bending) etc., secures safety, and can be handled by a weak user easily. A puncture device is provided with an outer needle, an outer needle hub for retaining a base portion of the outer needle, an inner needle whose tip portion is inserted in the outer needle, an inner needle hub for retaining a base portion of the inner needle, an outer pipe fitted inside the inner needle hub so as to be moveable to and fro, and an inner pipe having a gripping device for gripping the outer needle hub and fitted inside the outer pipe so as to be moveable to and fro, and at least the outer pipe is formed of a soft synthetic resin.

An oral care instrument, which can maintain a sufficient support strength of a long neck, leaves little residue of a medicant after using, has a low contamination risk from nozzle tip, allows smooth spouting of a medical solution from the beginning, prevents excessive supply of gelatinous or creamy oral-care composition in the case of flowing the composition in a supply channel inside the same, and contributes to the maintenance of the durability of a manufacturing mold. In the aforesaid oral care instrument, which comprises a handle (), a head () and a neck (), a channel () for supplying oral-care composition running within the neck () to a nozzle () of the head () via the handle (), is formed; and the head () is connected in a detachable manner to the neck ().

In the liquid material feeding container, a piston is formed with a seal portion at a front portion thereof, being sliding in contact with an inner wall of a housing portion of a barrel body, and a cylindrical portion having projections in an outer periphery of a rear end portion and a female thread portion in an inner periphery thereof, and in an outer peripheral surface of the front portion extending frontward from the above-described operating portion of the above-described rotating element, a male thread portion is formed, and in the above-described barrel body, a space of the housing portion is formed in a frontward portion and a groove portion with which the projection is engaged is formed in a backward portion along an axial direction.
