Provided is a desulfurization device including: an absorption tower (); and a spray pipe () disposed inside the absorption tower (). The spray pipe () includes: a cylindrical pipe portion (), the leading end of which is closed; and an attachment flange () attached to the pipe portion (). The absorption tower () includes: an opening hole () opening toward the side; and a flange () disposed around the opening hole (). The attachment flange () and the flange () are detachably attached.
