An image forming apparatus includes: a main tank that stores ink; a first storage tank that stores the ink supplied from the main tank; an ink head that ejects the ink; a first supply channel for supplying the ink from the main tank to the first storage tank; a second supply channel for supplying the ink from the first storage tank to the ink head; a heating section that is provided in the first supply channel and heats the ink; and a circulation channel for returning the ink in the second supply channel to a part, located between the main tank and the heating section, of the first supply channel.

Image forming apparatus

An image former includes: an inkjet head; a plurality of ink storages that is connected to the inkjet head and stores ink; a pressure generator that generates a difference in internal pressure between the plurality of ink storages so that ink flows between the plurality of ink storages and the inkjet head; and a storage communicator that causes the plurality of ink storages to communicate with each other so that the difference in internal pressure decreases.

A cleaning device includes: a cleaning member that comes into contact with a cleaning subject member and cleans the cleaning subject member using a liquid; and a liquid supply member that holds the liquid on a surface that is in contact with the cleaning member and supplies the held liquid to the cleaning member via the surface. The liquid supply member includes a plurality of holders that hold a different amount of liquid from each other in the surface.

A degassing apparatus includes a hollow fiber disposed on a supply path for a liquid, the hollow fiber including a gas permeable film permeable to dissolved gas in the liquid. The liquid is refluxed and brought into contact with a hollow interior or exterior of the hollow fiber, and a side of the hollow fiber not in contact with the liquid is depressurized to allow the dissolved gas in the liquid to permeate the depressurized side. The degassing apparatus further includes a clogging detector that detects clogging of the hollow interior of the hollow fiber caused by a component in the liquid.

Degassing apparatus and inkjet recording apparatus

Provided is an ink jet recording apparatus capable of easily and more reliably performing fixation processing on a recording medium moved after image recording. The ink jet recording apparatus is provided with: an image forming unit () that ejects ink; a first conveyance unit () that conveys a recording medium (P) on which the ejected ink is to land and relatively moves the same with respect to the image forming unit; a fixation unit () that fixes the ink that has landed on the recording medium; a second conveyance unit () that conveys the recording medium on which the ink to be fixed has landed and relatively moves the same with respect to the fixation unit; and a first end pressing roller () and a second end pressing roller () which serve as a floating suppression unit that suppresses, from the ink-landed surface side, floating of the recording medium from a recording medium conveyance surface in the second conveyance unit. The floating suppression unit suppresses the floating of the recording medium in a suppression range that can be changed and set so as not to include a recording width range in which the image forming unit causes the ink to land on the recording medium.
