The present invention provides a polyurethane which has excellent flame retardance and various excellent performances. A phosphoramidate compound having a specific structure is used as a flame retardant for a polyurethane foam or a polyurethane elastomer. By mixing this flame retardant with a raw material of a polyurethane resin (polyol, polyisocyanate and various additives), a polyurethane reactive raw material composition is obtained. By reacting the polyisocyanate and active hydrogen-containing compounds such as polyol in the polyurethane reactive raw material composition, a curing reaction takes place and a polyurethane foam composition or polyurethane elastomer composition is obtained. The obtained polyurethane resin composition has excellent flame retardance and other excellent performances as the polyurethane foam or polyurethane elastomer.

The present invention provides a novel production method which enables obtain a phosphorus compound having both an aromatic substituent and a phosphorinane backbone, without using an expensive hydrogen halide scavenger, without going through a complicated post treatment step or a step of recovering a solvent, and with a favorable yield and purity. In the present invention, step (1) of allowing phosphorus oxytrihalide to react with a phenol compound or naphthol compound at a molar ratio of 1.1-3.0:1 in the presence of metal halide, and removing unreacted phosphorus oxytrihalide, to produce a mono-substituted phosphorodihalidate; and step (2) of allowing the mono-substituted phosphorodihalidate obtained in the step (1) to react with a diol compound, at a 0.90 to 0.99 molar equivalent based on 1 mole of the halogen atom in the mono-substituted phosphorodihalidate so as to perform a dehydrohalogenation reaction, to obtain a phosphorus compound represented by Formula (V).

A liner for a high pressure gas container includes a resin composition containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin and an olefin based resin. The resin composition has a methane gas permeability coefficient of 1.7&#xd7;10mol&#xb7;m/m&#xb7;s&#xb7;Pa or smaller at 40&#xb0; C., and tensile elongation of 50% or greater after fracture at 23&#xb0; C. The resin molding has a welded seam, consisting of a resin composition, wherein the resin composition comprises (a) a polyphenylene sulfide resin and (b) an olefin based resin: wherein an amount of the (a) polyphenylene sulfide resin and the (b) olefin based resin is 80 weight % or more of the entire resin composition, and the content of the (b) olefin based resin is 10 to 100 parts by weight relevant to 100 parts by weight of the (a) polyphenylene sulfide resin, and wherein the tensile elongation at break is 20% or more.

A polyurethane material comprising a hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer and a polyol is disclosed. Content of oligomer, which is equal to or higher than a pentamer, in said HDI trimer is restricted to 0 to 50% by weight, and 3 to 10% by weight of monool is added to said HDI trimer.
