A radiation therapy apparatus of an embodiment allows radiation to be applied while rotating a gantry and controls irradiation and stop of the radiation during the rotation of the gantry based on respiration of a treatment subject, and includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry detects the respiration of the treatment subject. The processing circuitry predicts an administration dose based on a respiratory phase range in which the radiation is applied in the respiration of the treatment subject, and changes at least one or both of a dose rate of the radiation to be applied to the treatment subject and a rotation speed of the gantry so that the administration dose reaches a target dose. The processing circuitry performs control according to the change with respect to at least one or both of the dose rate of the radiation and the rotation speed of the gantry.

A medical image processing apparatus comprises processing circuitry configured to select a reference image from blood vessel images based on contrast images acquired in time series and conduct a transformation process on other blood vessel images such that blood vessel shapes in the other blood vessel images match a blood vessel shape in the reference image, generate a color image where a color that corresponds to a temporal change in a pixel value is assigned to each pixel based on the blood vessel images after the transformation process, and display the color image on a display.

Direction specifier specifies moving direction of the device based on positions of the device specified by position specifier. X-ray diagnosis apparatus

According to one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry obtains first and second blood vessel image by image generation processing which obtains time phase changes in concentrations of a contrast agent based on X-ray contrast image and generates time phase image according to a gray or color scale. The time phase image has pixel values corresponding to time phases at which the concentrations of the contrast agent become a specific condition. The image generation processing is performed multiple times based on X-ray contrast images acquired at different times. Further, the processing circuitry determines or corrects pixel values or time phases of at least one of the first and second blood vessel image, to make a pixel value of a time phase of the first blood vessel image coincident with that of the second blood vessel image.
