An electricity supplying structure on motor vehicle sliding door, is provided, which includes: a sliding door; a guide rail provided on the sliding door; a slider to slidably engage the guide rail; and a wiring harness secured to the slider and extending to a vehicle body side; wherein a bent portion is formed on the wiring harness between the slider and the vehicle body side. The structure further includes a wiring harness supporting guide provided over the guide rail for hanging the wiring harness therefrom toward the slider and also a reel to pull the slider in a single direction. The guide rail is a plate having a slit for the slider. The structure further includes a coil member to be fitted on the whole bent portion of the wiring harness or the coil member may be arranged on each of both end portions of the bent portion. In the structure, the wiring harness is of a tough-rubber sheath cable, and one end of the bent portion of the wiring harness may be connected to a connector to be coupled with a mating connector secured to the vehicle body. Substituting for the wiring harness supporting guide the reel, the structure may include a pair of linking arms arranged on an upper side of the guide rail and linked to each other, one of the linking arms being connected to the slider and the other of the linking arms being connected to an end side of the guide rail, wherein the wiring harness is arranged on the linking arms. Thus, a structure, wherein a connecting position between the door side wiring harness and the body side wiring harness remains still when the sliding door is opened or closed, is realized.

Electricity supplying structure on motor vehicle sliding door

A power feeding unit for motor vehicle sliding door, wherein a feeding wire having a large number of circuits on the sliding door side can be connected to another feeding wire on the vehicle body side without breaking the power feeding even during the sliding door is opened or shut, is provided, which includes: a sliding door to be slidably assembled to a vehicle body by means of a supporting arm provided on the sliding door and slidably engaging a guide rail provided on the vehicle body; a slide rail provided on the vehicle body in almost parallel with the guide rail; a feeding wire arranged from the vehicle body to the sliding door for feeding electric power to an electric appliance provided on the sliding door; a winder provided on an end portion of the slide rail for winding the feeding wire; and a feeding wire fixing member fixed to the feeding wire to fix the feeding wire, the feeding wire fixing member sliding along the slide rail along with the supporting arm.

Power feeding unit for motor vehicle sliding door

A press-connecting terminal provided with a press-connecting portion having a pair of press-connecting blades which are cut and bent toward a space between a pair of opposed sidewalls and face each other with a predetermined gap held therebetween into which a covered electric wire is pressed, and a contact portion whose width is set to be larger than a width between the sidewalls of the press-connecting portion and which is to be connected to a mating terminal. The press-connecting terminal is accommodated in a terminal accommodating groove which is formed in a housing and whose inside width is set to be substantially equal to the width of the contact portion. Positioning projections for placing the press-connecting portion in a predetermined position in the width direction of the terminal accommodating groove are provided in the press-connecting portion.

A connector fitting structure comprises a first connector in which an opening is defined by notching a front end portion of one side wall thereof, a second connector fitted with the first connector, an initial fitting member capable of retaining provisionally the second connector inside the first connector, and final fitting means for urging the second connector in a first direction to fit with the first connector, wherein a front end portion of the second connector is inserted from the opening into inside of the first connector along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and provisionally retained by the initial fitting member, thereafter the second connector is fitted with the first connector by the final fitting means.

Connector fitting structure and fitting method using the same

To easily change an ordinary waterproof connector to a ventilation waterproof connector provided with a ventilation tube for introducing an atmospheric pressure into the connector housing to reduce pressure difference between inside and outside of the connector, a single ventilation tube is mechanically fixed to a connector terminal in the same way as when plural connector wires are electrically fixed to the same connector terminals, without changing the housing structure or preparing additional parts.

A device for detecting a burnt-out fuse in a fuse box accommodating a plurality of parallelly arranged blade-type fuses. The device comprises an insulative support body mounted to the fuse box, an electrically conductive rubber member carried on said support body and a light emitting element connected between said rubber bar member and ground. The rubber bar member faces the output sides of the blade type fuses accommodated in the fuse box such that the rubber bar member acts as a contact means ready for depressing.
