Provided is a cooling device, where a hot-finish-rolling mill includes a plurality of nozzles which spray cooling water toward one of or both of upper and lower surfaces of a hot-rolled steel sheet just after rolled by rolling stands, the nozzles are provided on the inside of the upper and lower guides or adjoining to the guides on a downstream side, and a nozzle spray distance changes depending on a position of the nozzle in a rolling direction, wherein a spray angle of the nozzle at a position whose nozzle spray distance is the largest is smaller than a spray angle of the nozzle at a position whose nozzle spray distance is the smallest, and the spray angle of the nozzle becomes the same or smaller as the nozzle spray distance becomes large.

Secondary cooling method and secondary cooling device for casting product in continuous casting

A hot-rolled steel sheet is cooled by jetting cooling water from spray nozzles to a steel sheet conveyance region in a width direction of the steel sheet conveyance region. The steel sheet conveyance region is a region that the hot-rolled steel sheet occupies on conveyor rolls, a pair of spray nozzles is arranged on both lateral sides in the width direction of the steel sheet conveyance region, and a plurality of spray nozzle pairs are aligned in a conveyance direction of the hot-rolled steel sheet. In regard to a collision region of cooling water jetted from the spray nozzle at the steel sheet conveyance region, a far end in a jet direction is positioned at an end of the steel sheet conveyance region, and a near end is positioned on an inner side of the steel sheet conveyance region. In the spray nozzle pair, the near ends of two collision regions coincide in the width direction to form a meeting.

Cooling method and cooling apparatus for hot-rolled steel sheet

A wiring construction body has one or more circuit conductors having specified patterns. These circuit patterns are made by forming groove sections in one or more of the circuit conductors which are made of highly conductive electric materials, i.e., copper, which are in a layer form. The wiring construction body is then formed by filling the groove sections in the circuit conductors with an insulating resin to integrate, or mechanically fix, the circuit patterns in the wiring construction body. In addition, the circuit patterns are formed in the wiring construction body so as to be exposed on at least two surfaces of the wiring construction body. The wiring construction body can also be used with a circuit board.

Specifically, the portions of the fasteners that are connected with the busbars may be at different heights so that plural busbars connecting the fasteners can cross each other at plural levels. A variety of fasteners and busbar securing boards may be used for electrically connectibly holding and securing the plurality of busbars with the plurality of fasteners on the circuit board. Some of the plurality of busbars can be disposed on either or both side of the busbar securing boards and will have through holes passing through said busbars and said busbar securing board are formed at the locations of both ends of each of the busbars so that the fasteners and the busbars are secured together with the busbar securing board, and the busbar securing board is assembled to the circuit board integrally with the plurality of busbars.

Large-current circuit board and method therefor

A method of preparing a large-current printed circuit board comprises inserting a fastener with a bottom flange in a through-hole formed in a printed circuit board so that the bottom flange is engaged with a surface of the printed circuit board, putting a washer having substantially the same outer diameter so the flange around the fastener at the other surface of the board, forming a radial extension at the outer side of the washer by caulking the fastener, whereby the fastener is fixed to the printed circuit board by means of the radial extension and the bottom flange wherein the washer is interposed between the radial extension and the printed circuit board.
