A fluid control valve includes a seal member. The seal member includes a cylindrical portion and a flange portion. The flange portion extends radially outward from one end of the cylindrical portion. A valve shaft is inserted in the cylindrical portion. The flange portion is supported between a filter and a plug in a state in which the flange portion is pressed against the plug.

Fluid control valve

A bearing holding structure has a substantially cylindrical sleeve and a plate-shaped pressing plate. A tubular portion of the sleeve includes a housing press-fit portion having an outer peripheral surface to be press-fit into a recess of an upper housing, and a bearing press-fit portion having an inner peripheral surface to be press-fit thereinto by a bearing. A pullout prevention portion that protrudes inward to prevent pullout of the bearing is formed at one end of the tubular portion, and the pressing plate is press-fit into the other end thereof.

Butterfly valve

A fluid control valve includes a valve-side housing and an actuator-side housing. The valve-side housing includes a first facing plane portion that faces a second facing plane portion of the actuator-side housing and a first connection portion arranged at an outer side region of the first facing plane portion. The actuator-side housing includes the second facing plane portion and a second connection portion arranged at an outer side region of the second facing plane portion. The valve-side housing and the actuator-side housing are connected to each other via the first connection portion and the second connection portion such that a space is provided between the first facing plane portion and the second facing plane portion. The first facing plane portion of the valve-side housing includes a depression portion that is recessed in a direction away from the second facing plane portion of the actuator-side housing.

A core segment linked body when opened out rectilinearly is configured: such that a distance between adjacent width reduced portions is greater than a width dimension of width expanded portions when adjacent core segments are in an expanded position, and the distance between the adjacent width reduced portions is less than the width dimension of the width expanded portions when the adjacent core segments are in a contracted position; and so as to satisfy (te&#x2212;tn)/&#x3c4;s'&#x3e;0, and 0&#x3c;(te&#x2212;tn)/te&#x2264;0.27, where &#x3c4;s&#x2032; is a distance between center lines of the adjacent magnetic pole teeth in the expanded position, te is a width dimension of tooth main portions, and tn is the width dimension of the width reduced portions.

Rotary electric machine armature core and rotary electric machine

A rotation axis Oof a shaftis attached thereto with double-offset in the X and Y directions with respect to a center line Oof a valve seat. A bevel process is implemented on the outer peripheral surface of a valvesuch that the valveand the valve seatis line-sealed, and the sign of the angles of inclination is switched between plus and minus at two places of the outer peripheral surface of the valvedeviated from the center of the axis. Further, a section where the angle of inclination is constant is prepared in each of the sections connecting the two places, while the other sections are smoothly connected to each other.

Exhaust gas recirculation valve

A valve opening and closing mechanism includes: an input shaftdriven by a power source; two or more output shaftsrespectively including valves; power transmission members that transmit power from the input shaftto the respective output shaftswith varying a phase of the power; and preload application members that apply preloads respectively to the output shaftsand the power transmission member in opposite directions. The output shaftsmay be separated from the power transmission member.

Valve opening and closing mechanism

An EGR valve device includes a housing having an exhaust gas passage formed inside, a support shaft slidably supported within the housing through a bearing, a valve disposed on the support shaft to open and close the exhaust gas passage, an urging member for urging the support shaft in a direction to close the valve, a valve seat, insert-cast integral with the housing, for closing the exhaust gas passage by abutting against the valve, and an actuator for driving the support shaft in a direction to open the valve, wherein a plurality of recesses or projections are provided axisymmetrically or uniformly in the peripheral portion of the valve seat to be insert-cast.

An EGR valve device includes a valve housing having one or more exhaust-gas inlet ports and two or more exhaust-gas outlet ports, and forming an exhaust-gas passage communicated with these exhaust-gas inlet ports and exhaust-gas outlet ports; two valve-sheets disposed on the inner peripheral face of the valve housing; a valve shaft assembled into the valve housing; and two valves secured on the valve shaft, and simultaneously abutting on the respective valve-sheets when the valve shaft moved in one direction. It is arranged that the valve housing is formed of material having an axial thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of the valve shaft, and that the distance between the two valve-sheets is set so as to equal with that between the valves at the normal temperature.

Powder produced by abrasion due to sliding between a brush and a commutator is prevented from moving toward a rotor. A recess is provided between the rotor and a slide face of the brush and the commutator, where powder produced by abrasion at the brush may enter into a motor and increase sliding resistance of the rotor. Thus, there is no such powder produced by abrasion entering into the motor as increasing sliding resistance of the rotor.

Motor

One current passing circuit board is constituted by one metal plate in which a continuous current passing pattern that is to be separated in a plurality of current passing patterns is formed, and molded resin in which the metal plate is inserted. The current passing circuit board is pressed to eliminate the unnecessary portions of the above mentioned current patterns, thereby the one current passing circuit board is formed in a state where the current passing pattern continuously formed is separated in the normal forms.

Particle trapping means for trapping worn particles of a commutator is provided in a power source side case mounted on a motor case of a DC motor.

Current passing device of EGR valve apparatus

There is provided a cruise control apparatus whose reliability can be improved by protecting the actuator from failing. A cruise control apparatus with a controller ECU capable of canceling the cruise control when the temperature data given by the actuator temperature estimation unit exceeds a predetermined value.
