This elastic unit is provided with: a shaft-like member that extends in one direction and that is connected to a force point acted on by an external force; an enclosure member that has an internal space and that is penetrated by the shaft-like member; a bearing that is provided at a point of contact between the shaft-like member and the enclosure member so that the shaft-like member is movable with respect to the enclosure member; a plate member that is provided inside the internal space of the enclosure member so as to protrude from the shaft-like member; and at least one or more elastic members sandwiched between the enclosure member and the plate member.

In addition, the information processing device controls the operation of an arm portion on the basis of the estimated external force and external moment to adjust at least one of the position or the posture of the finger portion constituting the grip portion provided in the arm portion. The present technology can be applied to a control device of a robot hand.

Provided are a control device, a control method, and a control program capable of realizing natural interaction between a human and a robot like between humans. A control device according to an embodiment includes a slip detection unit () and a control unit (). The slip detection unit detects a slip of a target object gripped by a grip portion. The control unit controls a gripping force with which the grip portion grips the target object based on the slip detected by the slip detection unit. The control unit estimates an external force applied to the target object gripped by the grip portion based on the slip detected by the slip detection unit, and controls the gripping force based on the estimated external force.

The present disclosure relates to a support device capable of supporting an object with a more appropriate supporting force. A support device includes an elastic body that comes into contact with a supported object on at least a part of a surface of the elastic body, the surface having a plurality of curvatures different from each other, and a detection unit that detects information regarding a shear force of a portion of the surface of the elastic body, the portion being in contact with the object. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, a support device, a gripping device, an electronic device, a robot, a support system, a gripping system, and the like.

The control device includes a supporting force control unit that controls a supporting force for supporting an object on the basis of information regarding a shape of a contact portion in contact with the object and information regarding a shear force of the contact portion. The information regarding the shear force includes, for example, information regarding a shear displacement of the contact portion. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, a control device, a control method, an electronic device, a robot, a support system, a gripping system, a program, and the like.

A controller according to the present disclosure includes a whole-slip detecting unit () that detects, based on pressure information sent from a plurality of regions having different slipping characteristics when an object in contact with the plurality of regions is slipping, a state of a whole slip in which the object is slipping on each of the plurality of regions. An occurrence timing of the whole slip is different for each of the plurality of regions, and thus a state of a partial slip in which a part of the object is slipping is able to be detected, so that it is possible to detect a slip of the object with high accuracy.

A slip detecting device according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of contact parts having different slipping characteristics when an object () in contact with the plurality of regions is slipping; and a sensor that detects a pressure distribution of each of the plurality of contact parts. By employing the plurality of contact parts having different slipping characteristics when the object () in contact with the plurality of regions, a timing at which a whole slip occurs is different between the plurality of contact parts, and thus a state of a partial slip in which a part of the object () is slipping is able to be detected, so that it is possible to detect a slip of the object () with high accuracy.
