A vehicle includes a battery, an air conditioner, a first temperature adjustment circuit including a first pump and a chiller, a second temperature adjustment circuit including a second pump and a radiator, a coupling passage configured to connect the first temperature adjustment circuit and the second temperature adjustment circuit to form a coupling circuit, an electromagnetic switching valve configured to switch between a circulation state in which the heat medium can circulate through the coupling circuit and a non-circulation state in which the heat medium cannot circulate through the coupling circuit, a first temperature sensor configured to acquire a first temperature which is a temperature of the battery, and a control device configured to select any one mode of a plurality of modes in accordance with the first temperature.

Vehicle

A vehicle cooling mechanism includes a first radiator configured to cool a battery of a vehicle, a second radiator configured to cool a power conversion device that converts electric power supplied from the battery and electric power supplied to the battery, and an air guide duct portion configured to guide outside air from an opening portion provided in a front end portion of the vehicle to the first radiator and the second radiator. The first radiator is arranged above the second radiator. At least a part of the second radiator is arranged so as to overlap the opening portion as viewed from a front side of the vehicle. An upper end portion of the second radiator is positioned above an upper end portion of the opening portion. A lower end portion of the second radiator is positioned below the upper end portion of the opening portion.

Vehicle cooling mechanism

A cooling structure of a vehicle battery unit includes: at least two battery modules; a battery cooling unit; an electric connection box; a battery case; a supply pipe; and a discharge pipe. The supply pipe includes: a first supply pipe portion passing between a battery module of the at least two battery modules, which is the battery module located on one side in a vehicle width direction, and the electric connection box; and a second supply pipe portion passing between the at least two battery modules. The discharge pipe includes: a first discharge pipe portion passing between a battery module of the at least two battery modules, which is the battery module located on the other side in the vehicle width direction, and the electric connection box; and a second discharge pipe portion passing between the at least two battery modules.

Cooling structure of vehicle battery unit

A vehicle power supply system includes: a plurality of battery modules; a high-voltage system equipment and a cooling circuit having a plurality of battery module cooling units for cooling the plurality of battery modules, and a high-voltage system equipment cooling unit for cooling the high-voltage system equipment. In the cooling circuit, the plurality of battery module cooling units are disposed in parallel, a branching portion is provided on an upstream side of the plurality of battery module cooling units, a merging portion is provided on a downstream side of the plurality of battery module cooling units, and the high-voltage system equipment cooling unit is provided on a downstream side of the merging portion.

Vehicle power supply system and cooling circuit

A vehicle power supply system includes: a plurality of battery modules each having a plurality of high-voltage batteries; a case for accommodating the plurality of battery modules; and a cooling circuit having a radiator, a cooling pump, a plurality of battery cooling units for cooling the plurality of battery modules, the case being disposed below a floor panel. In the cooling circuit, the plurality of battery module cooling units are disposed in parallel; and a branch portion which is provided to an upstream side of the plurality of battery module cooling units and a merging portion which is provided to a downstream side of the plurality of battery module cooling units are provided inside the case.

Vehicle power supply system

A vehicle power source system includes: a high-voltage battery; a high-voltage system equipment having a DC-DC converter and a charger; and a cooling circuit having a high-voltage battery cooling unit for cooling the high-voltage battery, a DC-DC converter cooling unit for cooling the DC-DC converter, and charger cooling unit for cooling the charger. In the cooling circuit, the DC-DC converter cooling unit and the charger cooling unit are disposed in parallel on a downstream side of the high-voltage battery cooling unit.

Vehicle power source system and cooling circuit

A vehicle power device includes a front battery module, a rear battery module, a battery case, and a cooling circuit. The cooling circuit includes a cooling pump, a front battery module cooler, a rear battery module cooler, and cooling internal piping. The battery case houses the front and rear battery modules and the cooling internal piping. Coolant from the cooling pump flows to outside of the battery case via the cooling internal piping. The cooling internal piping includes a branched section and a flow path. The branched section is provided between the front battery module and the rear battery module to branch the flow of the coolant to the front battery module cooler and to the rear battery module cooler. The flow path has one end connected to the branched section and another end passing through to outside of the battery case.
