The invention relates to cocrystals of compounds of the formulae (I), (II) and (III), obtainable by reacting 1 mol of a succinic diester with 2 mol of a mixture of nitriles A-CN and B&#x2014;CN, where A-CN and B&#x2014;CN are present in the nitrile mixture in a molar ratio of 90:10 to 30:70 relative to one another, and where A-CN is 2-chlorobenzonitrile and B&#x2014;CN is 4-X-benzonitrile where X=chlorine, methyl or nitrile.
