A lightweight-construction fastener () having a one-piece clip body () made of plastic and a clip nut (). The clip body has the basic shape of a clamp, having two opposite legs () extending in the longitudinal direction and a cage () in which the clip nut is floatingly mounted. The clip nut in turn has a nut base () which is substantially planar. A main part () is structured on the nut base and has a cover surface () and a plurality of side walls (') which extend between the nut base and the cover surface. The side walls of the main part preferably have a convex curvature and the cage has correspondingly designed concave walls. The sizing is such that the convex-concave surface pairs act as torque supports during use of the lightweight-construction fastener.

Lightweight-construction fastener

A holding device for a wall moduleof the cabin lining in an aircraft includes two different clamping devices. The first clamping devicehas a clamping bodyhaving a first clamping jaw, which is fixed relative to the clamping body, and a second clamping jaw, which is movable relative to the clamping body, which in turn is operatively connected or can be temporarily connected to an actuating lever. In the closed state, the clamping jawsform a receiving spacefor the wall module. An interlocking devicefixes the position of the clamping jawsrelative to one another in the closed state.

A fastening arrangement with a clip body, a fastening device and a panel is provided, with the clip body having a retainer for the fastening device, the clip body being fastenable to the panel which has fastening and positioning openings so that the clip body can be positioned on the panel by a stop of a positioning element on an edge of the positioning opening. The positioning opening has a size which allows the clip body with the fastening device held thereon to be passed at least partially therethrough, the positioning element bearing at least partially against the edge of the positioning opening and the positioning element at the same time being or being connected to a locking element which makes contact with the panel on a side facing away from the retainer. The locking element is arranged opposite the retainer. A clip body and clip are also provided.

Attachment arrangement, clip body and clip

The invention relates to a clip body () with a retainer () for a fastening device (), wherein the clip body () can be fastened to a panel () provided with at least one fastening opening (), wherein the clip body () has two limbs, of which one can be arranged on a first side of the panel () and the other can be arranged on a second side of the panel (), and for this purpose is placed onto an edge of the panel (), and the clip body () has at least one positioning element (). According to the invention, the at least one positioning element () can be guided through the fastening opening () in the panel (), and the clip body () can be positioned on the panel () by a stop of the at least one positioning element () on an edge () of the fastening opening (). The invention also relates to a clip () and a fastening arrangement ().

Clip body, clip, and fastening arrangement

A lightweight construction fastener or clip having a clip body and a fastening element. The clip body includes a first leg and a second leg, which are connected with each other by a webat one end. The clip body is formed of one piece, but includes at least two volume sections, wherein the first sectionis formed of a first plastic and the second volume sectionis formed of a second plastic. The properties of the first and second plastics are different from each other with respect to one or more criteria. A method for producing such a clip body includes manufacturing it in one piece in a multi-component injection molding process from at least two plastics. Further the invention includes a method for manufacturing the lightweight construction fastener or clip by placing a fastening elementinto the injection molding tool; encapsulating the fastening elementand overmolding the fastening elementin a multi-component injection molding process.

2-component clip

A lightweight construction fastenerhas two basic elements, a clip bodyincluding a connected fastening element. The clip bodyhas a first legand a second leg, which are arranged located opposite one another and which are connected to one another by a webon one end. The fastening elementincludes a flat base platewith two protrusions, and a cylindrical holding part. On its outer side, the second leghas two frameswith apertures. They are provided to accommodate the protrusionsof the fastening element, so that the fastening element is held in the clip bodywith play, but in a captive manner. The framesare substantially arranged at right angles to the longitudinal axis LA, which is why the orientation of the two protrusionsis also oriented along the axis LA.

Lightweight construction fastener

A clip nut, including a clip. The clip has a first retaining device, a second retaining device, and a connecting device, which connects the first retaining device to the second retaining device. The distance between the retaining devices is variable. The extension of the first and second retaining devices substantially define an x axis and the extension of the connecting device substantially defines a z axis. A y axis is perpendicular to the x axis and the z axis. The clip nut also includes a nut, which is arranged on the second retaining device such that an axis of the nut is aligned parallel to the z axis and/or perpendicular to the x axis. The axis of the nut is pivotable from the position of the axis of the nut parallel to the z axis and/or perpendicular to the x axis about the axis in an xz plane such that the parallelism of the axis of the nut with respect to the z axis and/or the perpendicular position of the axis of the nut with respect to the x axis is abandoned. A seal facing the first retaining device is provided on the nut, and a component, to which the clip nut is fastened, directly contacts the first retaining device and the seal.

Clip nut

A fastening system for overhead storage bins on a supporting structure, having at least one pair of suspension eye lugs attached to a supporting structure or the overhead storage bins. The suspension eye lugs are detachably interconnected by a main pin, with receivers for the main pin being in alignment in a mounting position of the overhead storage bin. The main pin is spring-loaded in a main pin guide toward the other suspension eye lug and has, with the overhead storage bin not yet mounted, an end position in which the main pin is deployed from the main pin guide. A portion of the suspension eye lugs has a sloping ramp that allows the main pin to be deployed in the receiver of the other suspension eye lug by action of preload during upward movement of the overhead storage bin and its suspension eye lug into the mounting position.

Fastening system for suspended overhead storage bins

A locking mechanism () and a lock () are provided. The locking mechanism () comprises a push-button () connected to a freewheel () via a traction cable, with the freewheel being connected to a drive device () of the lock (). A baggage compartment in the cabin of an airplane usually comprises two locks () of this type which can be unlocked by the push-button (). A freewheel () arranged between the push-button () and the lock () ensures that the push-button () remains in a pushed position as long as each lock () allocated to the baggage compartment is not in a correctly locked position. It can be identified from the position of the push-button of the baggage compartment whether both locks of the baggage compartment are correctly snapped in.

Locking mechanism for a housing and lock suitable therefor

An aircraft luggage box lock includes a stationary housing and a cover moveable about a rotary axis. The lock includes a locking pin device mountable on the housing, having two parallel locking pins, a catch mountable on the cover having two locking hooks pivotable about a pivot axis for receiving the pins for locking the lock, and a manually actuatable drive device for jointly pivoting the locking hooks away from the locking pins for unlocking the lock. The drive device has a gear rack and a sliding element linearly displaceable against pressure of a spring element. The locking hooks are connected to the gear rack or the sliding element by a knee lever hinged to the closing hook adjacent to the pivot axis thereof in such a way that the lock is openable only by tensile force acting on the hinged point of the knee lever on the locking hook.

Lock for a luggage box

A holding device () is provided for use during the installation of a component () to be fastened vertically to a support structure () such as that of an aircraft, for example a cabin sidewall lining part. The holding device () includes a hook () and an eyelet () receiving the hook, the hook and eyelet being designed so that they can be fastened to the support structure () or the component (). The eyelet () has at least one elastically resilient element for the movable mutual support of the eyelet () and hook (). The holding device () facilitates the fastening of a perpendicularly installed component (). The elastically resilient element allows the component () to be pre-positioned in a nominal position.

Holding device

A plug mounting () is provided as a combination of a plug () and a mount (), for the detachable mounting of an equipment part, such as an inner panel, to a supporting frame, such as an aircraft fuselage. The plug () has a mounting pin (), which has an annular groove () on one end, which can be engaged with a slide () of the mount (), which is under spring pretension. The mounting pin () can be connected to the foundation by a damping element. The mount () is fastened to the housing () on the equipment part. The mount () has an eccentric lever () for unlocking the plug () by displacing the slide () against the spring pretension. The arrangement is made so that only the mounting pin () of the plug () needs to be inserted into the opening of the housing of the mount (). It is not important whether an opening in the slide (), into which the mounting pin () is to be inserted, is precisely aligned therewith, because the slide () is pushed against the spring pretension by one end of the mounting pin (), wherein the spring pretension subsequently ensures that the slide () is latched in the annular grove of the mounting pin.

Plug mounting

A connecting device () is provided for releasably connecting a fitting piece, such as an interior lining, to a supporting structure, such as a fuselage. The connecting device () includes a plug-in holding mechanism () including a bushing piece () and a connecting pin () that can be releasably locked therein. A bent connecting arm (), to which the connecting pin is fastened, is releasably fastened to a structural holder () mounted on the supporting structure. In one position, the connecting arm () is plugged into the structural holder () and is releasably locked therein. In a second position (), in which the connecting arm () is rotated 180&#xb0; about the longitudinal axis thereof, an electrical contact device () is additionally inserted between the connecting arm () and the bushing piece (). Hence, the same structural holder () and the same connecting arm () allow the fitting piece and the supporting structure to be connected to one another with or without connecting a contact device () therebetween.

Connecting device

A hinge for a packaging or cargo box or the like, having a first and a second hinge leaf, the second hinge leaf has a first bushing and a second bushing located at a distance therefrom, between which a bushing of the first hinge leaf can be rotated about a mutual hinge axis. An axial tube is rotationally fixed to the bushing of the first hinge leaf and is pivot-supported in the bushings of the second hinge leaf. A torsion spring is disposed in the axial tube and attached to one end of the axial tube. A torque support connects the other end of the torsion spring to the second hinge leaf in a rotationally fixed manner. A damper for the hinge movement is connected to the second hinge leaf and the axial tube. In a cylindrical hollow space of an outer opening, formed by the three bushings (), the damper (), the axial tube () containing the torsion spring (), and the torque support () are inserted successively starting at the second bushing () of the second hinge leaf (), and the torque support () is prevented from rotating and from being axially displaced in the second bushing () by a safety device ().

Hinge for a packaging box or the like

A plug-type mount is provided for releasably holding an equipment part such as a panel or an interior trim part on a sub-frame such as a fuselage. The plug-type mount () includes a first holder () and a second holder () which can be fastened to one another with the aid of a holding pin () and a housing (), in which the holding pin () can be releasably locked. The holders () carry in each case at least one electrical contact () and are configured in such a way that, in the case of the holding pin () being locked in the housing (), the holders () are fastened to one another and the electrical contacts () are connected electrically. Excessive cable lengths can be avoided by the preferable use of the plug-type mount () in an airplane because the electrical connection is also produced and disconnected as the mechanical connection is produced and disconnected.
