The memory is structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processing circuit to receive account information identifying a credit account associated with the customer, transmit the account information identifying the credit account, receive reward information associated with the credit account, display a reward indication notifying the customer of reward information and providing the customer with an ability to indicate a preference to perform a currency reward withdrawal, receive data comprising an indication of the preference of the customer to perform the currency reward withdrawal, transmit a redemption request based on the indicated preference, receive a redemption request authorization, and dispense an amount of currency corresponding to an amount identified in the redemption request authorization.

Systems and methods for redeeming rewards for cash at an ATM

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for encouraging engagement with a rewards system are described herein. A customer associated with a customer device holds a rewards account with a provider associated with a provider computing system. The provider computing system receives rewards and payment card activity of the customer, analyzes the rewards and payment card activity, and generates a rewards engagement rating, which the provider uses to generate and transmit tailored rewards engagement messages to the customer device. The messages provide rewards earn and burn opportunities in which the customer can select to participate.

A method performed by a financial institution computing system includes registering a payee for a pull payment service; registering a payor for the pull payment service; receiving an indication of a contact or a near contact event occurring between a user device associated with the payee and a user device associated with the payor; establishing a pull payment relationship between the payee and the payor responsive to receiving the indication; and fulfilling a payment request from the payee based on the established pull payment relationship.

Systems and methods for redeeming rewards for cash at an ATM for credit only customers

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for redeeming financial rewards for cash at an ATM. A customer inputs financial account credentials into an ATM, and these credentials are relayed to a financial institution computing system. The financial institution computing system then authenticates the customer by determining whether the input credentials match credentials stored in a database associated with the financial institution computing system. Once the customer is authenticated, the financial institution computing system polls the customer database and determines whether the customer has earned any rewards through usage of the financial account. Any available rewards are converted to a cash value and transmitted back to the ATM for view by the customer. Upon receipt of a customer indication that they wish to redeem the reward, the ATM is then configured to dispense the converted reward amount to the customer.
