The effervescent tablet includes an effervescent agent that includes an acid and a base, a crystalline sugar binder selected from the group consisting of crystalline dextrose, crystalline sucrose, crystalline fructose, and combinations thereof, the crystalline sugar binder being essentially free of excipients, a sweetener that includes at least one ofand Monk fruit, a flavor agent that includes a gum Arabic carrier, and optionally a lubricant derived from rice hulls (e.g., a multi-component integral lubricant).

The effervescent tablet includes an effervescent agent that includes an acid and a base, a crystalline sugar binder selected from the group consisting of crystalline dextrose, crystalline sucrose, crystalline fructose, and combinations thereof, the crystalline sugar binder being essentially free of excipients, a sweetener that includes at least one of Stevia and Monk fruit, a flavor agent that includes a gum Arabic carrier, and optionally a lubricant derived from rice hulls (e.g., a multi-component integral lubricant).
