Systems, methods, and user interfaces provide integrated coordination of care. Care team coordination and collaboration is promoted by bringing together each of the necessary elements of a patient's plan into a single point of access. Current workflow silos that exist in the care planning space are eliminated. This allows seamless support for the many different care planning regulations across care settings and supports and involves the entire care team including the patient and personal care team.

Integrated coordination of care

Methods, systems, and computer-storage media are provided for using a generic aliasing scheme to facilitate electronic transcription of groups of clinical event data extracted from an electronic medical record to case report forms associated with clinical studies. The generic aliasing scheme is also used to electronically transcribe documentation of task completion to case report forms associated with the clinical studies.

Integrated data capture using aliasing schemes

Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for aligning a patient who is determined to be eligible for care management services with a care manager. Patient health data is received and is used to generate a patient profile for the patient. The patient profile comprises, for example, demographic information, geographic location, clinical characteristics, patient preferences, a patient need level, a category to which the patient is assigned, and a priority level associated with the patient. A set of characteristics associated with a group of care managers is accessed where the set of characteristics include clinical expertise of the care manager, geographic location of the care manager, workload capacity of the care manager, and the like. Using the patient profile and the set of characteristics associated with the group of care managers, the patient is aligned with a care manager well-suited to help the patient achieve care management goals.

Care management assignment and alignment

Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided for providing a third-party user HIPAA-compliant access to an electronic medical record system at a clinical site. A request for a clinical study participant list is received from the third-party user, and it is determined that the third-party user has viewing and access rights with respect to the clinical study participant list. The third-party user can select a participant on the clinical study participant list and access the participant's electronic medical record within the electronic medical record system. The electronic medical record is presented to the third-party user in a read-only view, and the third-party user is prevented from searching the EMR system for other electronic medical records.

Screening interest manager

A user interface provides a visual indication of the time-based parameters surrounding individual scheduling options for a clinical order. The user interface facilitates the display of a graphical representation of one or more scheduling options, providing a clinician with a visualization of the parameters surrounding the options and the ability to select a particular scheduling option for associating with the established order. Each of the options includes a set of display objects presented in a context, such as a time graph, that indicates a date and time for each administration for the substance-based orderable under the respective scheduling option.
