A cyclic peptide () includes two domains (D,D), each including three charged sub-domains (). The first domain (D) includes two anionic sub-domains () followed by a cationic sub-domain (). The second domain (D) includes two cationic sub-domains () followed by an anionic sub-domain (). The two domains are connected to one another and separated by a tri-glycyl linker ().
