A baler implement includes an upper compression panel and a first side compression panel. A compression frame is disposed around the upper compression panel and the first side compression panel. A panel support structure includes a top portion positioned proximate the upper compression panel, and a first side portion attached to the top portion and positioned proximate the left side compression panel. An actuator interconnects the compression frame and the panel support structure. The actuator is operable to extend to move the panel support structure and the upper compression panel in a first vertical direction along a first compression axis. A first wedging system includes a wedge for converting movement of the first side portion in the first vertical direction along the first compression axis into movement of the first side compression panel in a first horizontal direction along a second compression axis.

The pair of knee plates cooperate to define a first channel that receives the end of the first beam and a second channel that receives the second end of the second beam. The first steel plate and the pair of knee plates are configured for interconnecting the first beam with the second beam.

A height of cut adjuster for a reel mower cutting unit with a removable attachment includes a front roller with a shaft positionable in front of the cutting reel axis, and a roller bracket assembly having a bottom bracket removably attached to a top bracket to provide a gap therebetween where the front roller shaft is held. The roller bracket assembly may be pivoted, and the top bracket may be connected to the bottom bracket in a different position further from the cutting reel, so that an attachment such as a conditioner may be installed between the front roller and the cutting reel.

An adjustment mechanism for reel-to-bedknife clearance includes an adjuster base having an internal bore, an adjustment knob attached to a rod extending through the internal bore to engage one of the reel or bedknife, and a detent spring captured between the adjuster base and the adjustment knob and biased against the adjustment member to resist rotation of the adjustment knob. The detent spring may engage radial notches on the adjustment knob at a plurality of reel-to-bedknife clearance positions.
