The present disclosure provides a computer system, method, and computer-readable medium for a computer processor to detect, prevent and counter potentially fraudulent communications by proactively monitoring communications and performing multi-step analysis to detect fraudsters and alert communication recipients. The present disclosure may implement artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to identify fraudulent communications. The AI model may be trained by real world examples to become more efficient.

Systems and methods for detecting communication fraud attempts

A method and system are provided for collaboration for sharing patient records on low computing resources on communication devices. The method includes accessing one or more patient data records via a server, where the one or more patient data records are accessed at a first communication device. The method further includes invoking a communication session with one or more second communication devices, where the communication session includes context information of the one or more patient data records. Further, the method includes sending a request to the server, by at least one of the one or more second communication devices, to access the one or more patient data records, where the request includes the context information. Finally, the method includes receiving, at the at least one of the one or more second communication devices, access to the patient data records, where the access is provided during the communication session.

The method further includes sending a reference of the one or more patient records to the one or more second communication devices, where the reference is sent from the first communication device.

Method and system for secure co-browsing of patient records on communication devices

A system for monitoring information real-time through a network. The system has a plurality of network elements Each of the network elements comprises an interface device. The plurality of network elements are configured to route a call from a source to a destination through the network elements. A mediator is coupled to each of the network elements. The mediator is adapted to receive events from any one of the network elements as the call as being routed through the elements from the source to the destination. A message bus is coupled to the mediator for receiving the events. The system also has an application process coupled to the messaging bus. The application process is adapted to use the events. The system is fault tolerant and information under process is not lost even when one of the system components fails.
