The modified capability is a modification of a capability associated with the service. The method further includes communicating an indication of the modified capability to a transmitting station.

The modified capability is disclosed to a system in anticipation of a reconfiguration of the dedicated service according to the modified capability. A device is configured to determine a modified capability to maintain a dedicated service while supporting a second service; and to disclose to a system the modified capability as the available capability for reconfiguring the dedicated service.
