An apparatus may be configured to: receive two or more filtering configurations, wherein a first configuration is associated with at least one first target cell associated with a first distributed unit, wherein a second configuration is associated with at least one second target cell associated with at least one second distributed unit, wherein the first distributed unit is different from the at least one second distributed unit; select a configuration of the two or more configurations for at least one target cell based, at least partially, on a determination of whether a serving cell and the at least one target cell are controlled with a same distributed unit, wherein the serving cell is controlled with the first distributed unit; and perform filtering of a plurality of layer one measurements associated with the at least one target cell using the selected configuration.

Filtering of layer 1 beam measurements for L1/2 inter-cell mobility

Triggering of low layer mobility through inter cell beam management procedure

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for the acquisition and provision of channel state information for a target cell early in the process of layer one/layer two inter-cell mobility are provided. For example, a method can include a user equipment receiving a first configuration of layer one measurement and reporting together with a second configuration for channel state information measurement and reporting for a candidate cell. The method can also include reporting layer one measurement according to the first configuration. The method can further include performing channel state information measurements according to the second configuration. The method can additionally include reporting the channel state information measurements to a network element to be forwarded to the candidate cell.

Early channel state information acquisition for target cell in layer one / layer two inter-cell mobility

A method is provided that includes determining that at least two channel state information (CSI) reports are to be reported. The method includes calculating priority values associated with the at least two CSI reports, at least one of the priority values calculated based on a determination that at least one of the at least two CSI reports is a lower-layered triggered mobility (LTM) CSI report. The method includes determining that a time occupancy of physical channels scheduled to carry the at least two CSI reports at least partially overlap on a carrier, the at least two CSI reports thereby said to collide. And the method includes sending one or more of the at least two CSI reports that are said to collide based on the priority values.

Channel state information reporting priority for lower-layer triggered mobility

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose devices, methods and apparatuses for power allocation for PRACH transmission. An apparatus comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to: determine a power allocation priority for an uplink transmission, based at least on determining at least one of: the uplink transmission is associated with a cell configured for layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility, or the uplink transmission is not associated with a serving cell; and perform the uplink transmission based on the determined power allocation priority for the uplink transmission, wherein the uplink transmission comprises at least one of a physical random access channel transmission or a sounding reference signal transmission.

An apparatus configured to: perform candidate target cell measurements based, at least partially, on a first configuration; receive, from a network node, an indication to perform activation of at least one transmission configuration indicator state associated with at least one candidate target cell; determine a configuration for performing candidate target cell measurements in response to the indication to perform activation of the at least one transmission configuration indicator state; and use the configuration to measure a reduced set of candidate target cells indicated with the first configuration.
