A flexible display device can include a display area in which a plurality of sub pixels is disposed and a non-display area which encloses the display area, a flexible substrate including a folding area and a non-folding area with a folding axis, a thin film transistor disposed on the flexible substrate, an organic light emitting diode disposed on the thin film transistor, and an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting diode. Also, a touch buffer layer is disposed on the encapsulation layer, a touch sensor layer which is disposed on the encapsulation layer and includes a plurality of touch electrodes, and a dam is disposed on the flexible substrate corresponding to the non-display area. Further, an auxiliary spacer is disposed on the flexible substrate so as to overlap at least a part of an outer circumference of the dam.

A foldable display device includes a first non-folding area, a first folding area, a second non-folding area, a second folding area, and a third non-folding area which are sequentially located along a folding direction, and a support substrate disposed below the display panel to support the display panel and including a plurality of opening patterns corresponding to the first folding area and the second folding area, so that a stress due to the folding during the process of folding or unfolding the foldable display device is relieved and suppress a damage that can be caused in the foldable display device.

A foldable display device includes a display panel including a folding area and non-folding areas on both sides of the folding area and a back plate disposed under the display panel; and a support substrate disposed under the back plate and made of a metal or alloy including a plurality of pores, the support substrate includes a plurality of groove patterns recessed from a bottom surface toward a top surface of the support substrate and corresponding to the folding area, thereby minimizing recognition of the patterns in the folding area of the display panel and improve the folding properties.

Each of the plurality of touch electrodes includes a plurality of metal lines, and each of the plurality of shock-proof pattern units is disposed on the protective layer so as to overlap at least a part of the plurality of metal lines.

An organic light emitting display is discussed. The organic light emitting display includes a substrate, an organic light emitting diode positioned on the substrate, and a bather covering the organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode. The barrier includes at least one first block monomer layer and at least one second block monomer layer including inorganic precursors. The at least one first block monomer layer and the at least one second block monomer layer are alternately stacked in a vertical direction.
