In a relay operation state maintaining device configured to maintain an operation state of a relay when an abnormality occurs in a controller configured to control an operation of the relay, the relay operation state maintaining device includes: a memory configured to store a relay control signal output for an operation of the relay by the controller at a time the abnormality occurs and to generate and output a memory output signal based on a stored signal; a first relay driving signal generator configured to generate and output a first relay driving signal based on the relay control signal and a signal corresponding to the abnormality occurrence; and a second relay driving signal generator configured to generate and output a second relay driving signal based on the first relay driving signal and the memory output signal.

Relay operation state maintaining device and electronic device including the same

A hybrid power conversion system includes an inverter, a switching controller, and an efficiency measurer. The inverter is connected in series to a first converter and a second converter, and the first and second converters are respectively connected to first and second direct current power supplies. The switching controller controls switching frequencies of one or more switches in the first and second converters and the inverter. The efficiency measurer measures efficiency based on the switching frequencies. The switching controller determines the switching frequencies of the one or more switches as frequencies at which the system has a predetermined efficiency based on the efficiency measured by the efficiency measurer.

Hybrid power conversion system and method of determining efficiency using the same

A power converting system and method of controlling the same disclosed. In one aspect, the power converting system includes first and second power converters electrically connected to each other, a current controller configured to determine first and second efficiencies of the power converting system, modify an amount of a first current configured to flow into the first power converter and an amount of a second current configured to flow into the second power converter in one of a first mode and a second mode, compare the first efficiency to the second efficiency, and determine the first mode or the second mode as a current adjustment mode based at least in part on the comparison result. The power converting system also includes a current distributor configured to distribute the amounts of the first and second currents based at least in part on the determined current adjustment mode.
