Discussed are a display device and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a source electrode and a drain electrode are disposed under an active layer of a thin film transistor, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process of the device, reducing a manufacturing time thereof, and reducing a manufacturing cost thereof. To this end, the source electrode, the drain electrode and a light-blocking layer are disposed on a substrate, and constitute the same layer and are made of the same material. An interlayer insulating layer is disposed thereon. A first contact-hole and a second contact-hole are disposed in the interlayer insulating layer. A first connection line connects the source electrode and an active layer to each other, and a second connection line connects the drain electrode and the active layer to each other, whereby the array substrate of the display device can be manufactured using the total of 7 mask processes.

Display device and method for manufacturing the same

Discussed is a GIP-type display device having a bridge line that connects two neighboring divided capacitors with each other in a capacitor area such that leakage does not occur in the capacitor area in a non-display area when supplying a scan signal or a sensing signal to a thin-film transistor. Further, a method for manufacturing the same is discussed. To this end, a light-blocking film is disposed on a substrate, a buffer and gate insulating film is disposed on the light-blocking film, a gate metal film is disposed on the buffer and gate insulating film, an interlayer insulating film is disposed on the gate metal film, and a source and drain metal film is disposed on the interlayer insulating film, and the source and drain metal film forms the bridge line connecting the two neighboring divided capacitors with each other.

An electro-luminescent display device includes an anode disposed on a substrate; a bank having an opening that exposes a portion of the anode and having an undercut structure adjacent to the opening; a dummy pattern disposed at the undercut structure of the bank; an organic light-emission layer disposed on the anode and electrically disconnected with at least one of adjacent pixels; and a cathode disposed on the organic light-emission layer.

Electro-luminescent display device and method of fabricating the same

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a gate driver and a method of repairing the same. The gate driver can include a plurality of driving stages cascade connected, at least one repairing stage disposed between the plurality of driving stages, and a plurality of repair lines connected to the at least one repair stage. The plurality of repair lines overlap with a plurality of lines connected to the plurality of driving stages. The repairing stage can replace a defective driving stage of the gate driver.

Electro-luminescent display device with improved contact structure

An organic light emitting display device has a display panel including a first subpixel, a second subpixel, a data line, and sensing lines. The sensing lines may include a vertical sensing line and a horizontal sensing line connected to the vertical sensing line. The horizontal sensing line may be formed of a source/drain metal layer present on the first substrate, and one portion thereof connected to a first electrode of a sensing transistor of the first subpixel and the other portion thereof connected to a first electrode of a sensing transistor of the second subpixel may be positioned in a region intersecting with the data line, and electrically connected by a connection electrode formed of an insulated light blocking layer below the source/drain metal layer present on the first substrate.
