Lithium secondary battery

A motor control system is provided. The system includes an inverter that adjusts a stator current applied to a stator coil of a wound-rotor drive motor and a rotor current applied to a rotor coil of the drive motor. When an abnormal starting of the drive motor is detected and a movement of the vehicle is restricted by electronic parking brakes (EPB), a motor controller adjusts the rotor current through the inverter to cancel an abnormal starting torque caused by the abnormal starting.

Apparatus for controlling drive motor of vehicle and method using the same

A Wound Rotor Synchronous Motor (WRSM) includes a rotor body that is rotatably installed at a predetermined gap within a stator and a rotor coil that is wound at a plurality of rotor teeth. The WRSM includes: bobbins that are each disposed at both sides of a shaft direction of the rotor body so as to support the rotor coil and that are fixed to the rotor body by the rotor coil; a wedge member that is inserted in a shaft direction between rotor teeth of the rotor body so as to protrude to the outside of both ends of the rotor body, the wedge member supporting the rotor coil; and end coil covers that enclose a protruded portion of the wedge member at both sides of the shaft direction of the rotor body and that are each mounted at the bobbins.

Wound rotor synchronous motor for vehicle

A rotor of a wound rotor driving motor is provided. The rotor includes a rotor body that is rotatably installed with a predetermined air gap within a stator and in which a rotor coil is wound in a plurality of rotor teeth. A bobbin is fixed to the rotor body by the rotor coil disposed at opposing sides of an axial direction of the rotor body and supports the rotor coil. The rotor body forms a plurality of air movement passages that are opened to the exterior in an axial direction therein, and the bobbin forms a plurality of connection passage that are coupled to the air movement passages.

Rotor structure of wound rotor driving motor

A driving motor includes a rotor body that is rotatably installed inside a stator with a predetermined void therebetween and has a rotor coil wound on multiple rotator teeth. The rotor body includes: i) multiple wedges inserted between the rotor teeth of the rotor body in an axial direction and supporting the rotor coil; and ii) end coil covers mounted on both axial ends of the rotor body, respectively and connected with the wedge members. Each wedge member includes a wedge body disposed between the rotor teeth in the axial direction and connected with the end coil covers. Each wedge body is made of a metallic material having a conductivity and has an insulating layer formed on an outer surface other than both cross sections connected to the end coil covers. The end coil covers are also made of a metallic material having a conductivity and are connected with the ends of each wedge body.

A motor control apparatus for a vehicle includes a data detector detecting driving data and a vehicle controller controlling a drive motor according to the driving data. The vehicle controller includes an acceleration generator determining a request torque and a request speed using the driving data and generating a request acceleration using the request torque and the request speed; a driving point determinator selecting an inductance control current map or a motor efficiency control current map according to the request acceleration and determining a current driving point according to the request torque and the request speed using the selected current map; and a motor controller controlling the drive motor using the current driving point.

Apparatus and method for controlling motor for vehicle

A motor unit having an insulation member is provided. The motor unit includes rotor cores formed in a radial direction on an exterior circumference of a motor shaft and a slot formed therebetween. Shoes are formed in a rotation direction and an opposite rotation direction of the motor shaft at an outer end portion of each rotor core, and an exposure passage is formed therebetween. A bottom surface is formed proximate to the motor shaft within the slot. Further first and second interior surfaces are connected to the bottom surface and are formed at the rotation direction side and the opposite rotation direction side of the motor shaft within the slot. An insulation member contacts the first and second interior circumferences of the shoes adjacent to the bottom surface and is disposed proximate to at least one portion of the exposure passage.

A rotor of a wound rotor synchronous motor is spaced apart from an interior diameter surface of a stator by a predetermined gap, and includes a plurality of teeth wound by a rotor coil, and circumferentially spaced apart from each other by a distance, where a slot is formed between the teeth, each tooth is formed with a shoe facing an interior diameter surface of the stator, and both ends of the shoe protrude in a direction of both ends of an adjacent shoe, where each tooth includes a first part corresponding to a winding body of the tooth and a second part extending in the direction of both ends of the adjacent shoe from both sides of the first part.

A rotor of a wound rotor synchronous motor includes: a rotor body coupled to a rotation shaft and around which a rotor coil is wound; and a slip ring module mounted on one portion of the rotation shaft, the slip ring module comprising a brush contact portion configured to contact a brush, a terminal mounting portion connected to the brush contact portion, and a fusing terminal mounted at an exterior circumferential surface of the terminal mounting portion and connected to the rotor coil.
