A display device is disclosed. The display device of the present disclosure may include: a display panel; a frame which is disposed at a rear of the display panel, and to which the display panel is coupled; a board mounted on one surface of the frame; a source PCB disposed on the one surface of the frame and electrically connected to the display panel and the board; a rib protruding from the frame and by which one side of the source PCB is caught; and a holder opposite to the rib with respect to the source PCB and by which the other side of the source PCB is caught, wherein the holder is detachably coupled to the frame.

Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel, a light guide plate disposed behind the display panel, a light source module configured to emit light toward the light guide plate, a mounting housing on which the light source module is mounted, the mounting housing being made of a metal material, a back cover configured to cover the mounting housing from a rear side, a lower cover bent forward from a lower end of the back cover to cover the mounting housing from a lower side, a guide frame configured to surround a circumference of the display panel and cover the lower cover, a decor panel including a lower panel configured to cover the guide frame from a lower side and a front panel extending upward from a front end of the lower panel, a screw coupled to the lower cover by sequentially passing through the lower panel and the guide frame, and a heat insulating member disposed between a head of the screw and the lower panel.

Disclosed is a display device provided to solve any problem caused when a source PCB is provided on the lateral rear side or the rear side of a middle frame, to solve any additional problem caused when the source PCB is provided on the side surface of the middle frame, and to ensure rigidity of the middle frame and optimize the number of processes and associated costs. The display device includes a display panel, a middle frame comprising a rear-surface portion located in a rear of the display panel and a support portion configured to form a sidewall on one side edge of the rear-surface portion, a guide panel coupled to the middle frame so as to surround an outer periphery of a side surface of the middle frame, a seating portion provided on the guide panel so as to form a portion of a side surface of the guide panel and surround the support portion, a source PCB seated on an outer surface of the seating portion, a member layer configured to connect one side of the display panel and the source PCB to each other, and a top case configured to cover the seating portion and the side surface of the guide panel and to define a space along with the source PCB.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A backlight unit and a display device including the same are provided. The backlight unit includes: a frame; a reflection sheet located on the frame; a housing coupled to at least one side of the frame; a substrate located on the housing; a light assembly mounted on the substrate; and a light guide plate located opposite to the light assembly on the reflection sheet, wherein the housing is exposed to the outside of the frame. Therefore, as the housing is exposed to the outside of the frame, even if a problem occurs in a light assembly, by separating only the housing, the problem can be solved, and the housing is exposed to the outside of the frame to enhance a heat releasing effect.
