An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes on the substrate; a spacer arranged between the plurality of organic light-emitting diodes and protruding away from an upper surface of the substrate; a conductive layer overlapping the spacer; and a contact area exposing the conductive layer on one side of the spacer, wherein a common layer of the plurality of organic light-emitting diodes and the conductive layer are connected to each other through the contact area.

A display apparatus includes a first substrate including a display area and a peripheral area on a side of the display area, a second substrate facing the first substrate, a fan-out portion arranged in the peripheral area and including a plurality of wires, a power supply line arranged over the fan-out portion and in the peripheral area, an insulating layer arranged between the plurality of wires and the power supply line, and a sealing portion arranged in the peripheral area. The sealing portion surrounds a periphery of the display area and attaches the first substrate and the second substrate to each other. The peripheral area includes an overlapping area in which the fan-out portion, the power supply line, and the sealing portion overlap one another. The power supply line arranged in the overlapping area includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer arranged on the first conductive layer.

A display apparatus includes: a substrate comprising a display area and a non-display area; and a pad on the non-display area, wherein the pad comprises: a first conductive layer comprising, in a plan view, a plurality of bent portions and a plurality of connection portions connecting the plurality of bent portions with each other, the connection portions alternately extending in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction; a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer and overlapping at least part of the first conductive layer; and a third conductive layer on the second conductive layer and overlapping the second conductive layer.

A display apparatus includes: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area adjacent to the display area; a first and a second organic insulating layer each on the substrate; in the display area: a thin film transistor on the substrate; a driving voltage line connected to the thin film transistor and between the first and second organic insulating layers; and a display device connected to the thin film transistor, the first organic insulating layer and the second organic insulating layer being between the display device and the thin film transistor; and in the peripheral area, a common power supply wiring on the substrate and through which a common voltage is supplied to the display device in the display area. The common power supply wiring in the peripheral area and the driving voltage line in the display area are respectively portions of a same first material layer on the substrate.

An organic light-emitting device includes an oxide semiconductor layer disposed in a pixel area. The oxide semiconductor layer includes a channel region, a source region and a drain region. A gate insulating layer is disposed on the oxide semiconductor layer. A gate electrode is disposed on the gate insulating layer. A conductive layer is disposed between the substrate and the oxide semiconductor layer. A bridge electrode is in contact with the conductive layer and one of the source region and the drain region. A first insulation film covers the gate electrode and the bridge electrode. An organic light-emitting diode includes a pixel electrode. An emissive layer is disposed on the pixel electrode, and an opposite electrode is disposed on the emissive layer. At least a portion of the oxide semiconductor layer overlaps the organic light-emitting diode. The conductive layer includes a light transmittance material.

Organic light-emitting device including a bridge electrode

An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate and a plurality of pixels formed over the substrate, each pixel including a first region from which light is emitted and a second region through which external light is transmitted. The display also includes a plurality of pixel circuit units each formed in the first region and including at least one thin-film transistor, an inorganic insulating film formed in the second region, a transparent conductive film formed over at least a portion of the inorganic insulating film, and an organic insulating film covering the pixel circuit units and at least a portion of the transparent conductive film. The display further includes a plurality of first electrodes formed over the organic insulating film and in the first regions of the pixels.

Organic light-emitting diode display

A display panel that includes a plurality of pixels, each pixel includes a first area including a display device; a second area including a first reflective member to reflect light received from the display device to an outside of the display panel for viewing, and a third area including a second reflective member reflecting external light to provide a mirror function when the display device is not displaying an image. The display device includes a pair of reflective electrodes to cause the light produced by the display device to propagate towards the second area. One of the two electrodes may further include a transparent conductive material to provide a waveguide function to the display device in the first area to improve coupling efficiency of the display panel.

A method of manufacturing a display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming an active layer over a substrate, forming a first insulating layer over the active layer, forming a gate electrode over the active layer, and forming an alignment mark over the substrate. The forming of the alignment mark includes forming a first layer including a first pattern and forming a second layer over the first layer and including concave and convex portions formed along the first pattern. The first insulating layer is interposed between the first and second layers.
