A transmitting STA can directly communicate with a receiving STA in a wireless local area network (wireless LAN) system. The transmitting STA can transmit, to an AP, a request signal for a P2P transmission at a determined time or a random time and, when a trigger frame is received from the AP, the transmitting STA can perform P2P communication with a receiving STA on the basis of the trigger frame.

P2P transmission method

In a wireless local area network (LAN) system, a sensing session comprises a first burst and a second burst, wherein, in the first burst, a transmitting STA may transmit a first sounding signal to a first receiving STA and a second receiving STA. In the first burst, the transmitting STA may receive, from the first receiving STA, a first feedback frame comprising first channel information between the transmitting STA and the first receiving STA, and, from the second receiving STA, a second feedback frame comprising channel information between the transmitting STA and the second receiving STA. In the second burst, the transmitting STA may receive a second sounding signal from the first receiving STA. In the second burst, the transmitting STA may receive, from the second receiving STA, a third feedback frame comprising channel information between the first receiving STA and the second receiving STA.

Method and device for carrying out sensing in wireless LAN system

In a wireless local area network (LAN) system, a transmission STA may generate capability information related to WLAN sensing. The capability information may comprise a common part and an individual part. The common part may comprise sensing support band information including information related to whether WLAN sensing performed in a sub 7 GHz band is supported, and information related to whether WLAN sensing performed in a 60 GHz band is supported. The individual part may comprise, on the basis of the sensing support band information, at least one of capability information for WLAN sensing performed in the sub 7 GHz band, and capability information for WLAN sensing performed in the 60 GHz band. The transmission STA may transmit the capability information to a reception STA.

Method and device for performing sensing in wireless LAN system

Proposed are a method and apparatus for performing sensing in a wireless LAN system. In detail, a first STA broadcasts a sensing request frame. The first STA receives a first sensing response frame form a second STA and receives a second sensing response frame from a third STA. The sensing request frame includes STA identifier information and RU allocation information. The STA identifier information includes identifiers of the second and third STAs. The RU allocation information includes information about a first RU allocated to the second STA and information about a second RU allocated to the third STA. The first sensing response frame is received through the first RU. The second sensing response frame is received through the second RU.

Method and apparatus for performing sensing in wireless LAN system

According to the present specification, when a non-AP STA initiates a sensing procedure such as a sensing measurement, an STA, such as an AP, which receives an initiation request of the non-AP STA, may execute a sensing procedure such as a sensing measurement, and transmit the sensing execution result to the non-AP STA.

In a wireless local area network (LAN) system, a transmitting station (STA) may transmit a peer-to-peer (P2P) transmission request frame to an access point (AP). The transmitting STA may receive a P2P transmission response frame from the AP. The transmitting STA may receive a trigger frame from the AP. The trigger frame may include information related to whether same is for an uplink, P2P transmission or both an uplink and P2P transmission. The transmitting STA may transmit data to a receiving STA. The transmitting STA and the receiving STA may be non-AP STAs. The transmitting STA may transmit a null data packet announcement (NDPA) frame and a null data packet (NDP) frame to the receiving STA. The transmitting STA may receive, from the receiving STA, a feedback frame including state information for the channel between the transmitting STA and the receiving STA.

P2P transmission method in wireless LAN system

In a wireless local area network (LAN) system, a station (STA) may transmit a first physical protocol data unit (PPDU) including information related to low latency traffic. The low latency traffic may be traffic requiring a latency less than or equal to a threshold value. A resource for the low latency traffic may be allocated to the STA. The STA may transmit, via the resource, a second PPDU including the low latency traffic.

Method and apparatus for performing sensing in wireless lan system

The present specification proposes a new procedure of signal transmission or reception between STAs in a case of sensing measurement initiated by an STA rather than an AP. According to an embodiment of the present specification, proposed is a sensing measurement procedure performed by an AP in response to transmission of a sensing initiation frame to the AP by an STA rather than the AP. According to another embodiment of the present specification, according to an embodiment of the present specification, proposed is a procedure in which an STA rather than an AP transmits a sensing initiation frame to the AP, and then the AP requests respondent STAs to transmit NDP frames. According to yet another embodiment of the present specification, proposed is a method for configuring a frame transmitted or received in the above procedures.

Wireless LAN sensing procedure

An example according to the present specification relates to a method for performing low latency communication. A transmission STA and a reception STA may exchange a low latency communication request frame and a low latency communication response frame. The low latency communication request frame may include first information for performing the low latency communication. The first information may include at least one among information for requesting parameters for the low latency communication and information about traffic. In addition, the low latency communication response frame may include second information for performing the low latency communication. The second information may include information about the parameters for the low latency communication. The reception STA and the transmission STA may perform the low latency communication with the transmission STA on the basis of the first information and the second information.

Proposed are a method and apparatus for performing joint transmission in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, an M-AP transmits a C-RTS frame to first and second S-APs. The M-AP receives, from the first and second S-APs, a CTS frame that is a response to the C-RTS frame. The M-AP performs joint transmission on an STA through the first and second S-APs.

In a wireless local area network (wireless LAN) system, a transmitting STA can transmit, to a receiving STA, a grouping initiation frame for generating a group that is to perform sensing. The grouping initiation frame can include information related to a session identifier (ID) for a sensing session and to the number of transmission times of a sensing signal performed in the sensing session. The transmitting STA can receive a grouping response frame from the receiving STA. The receiving STA can be included in the group on the basis of the reception of the grouping response frame from the receiving STA within a threshold time preset from the transmission time of the grouping initiation frame. The sensing session can include at least one transmission opportunity (TXOP).

Method and device for performing grouping for sensing in wireless LAN system

The present specification proposes NDPA frame formats supported in a next generation wireless LAN system. According to one embodiment of the present specification, the NDPA frame formats may include common information for sensing. Here, the common information may be included in a special user information field. According to another embodiment of the present specification, the NDPA frame formats may use an existing NDPA frame format.

The present specification proposes various technical characteristics that may be applied to a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) sensing. For example, the present specification proposes a procedure for WLAN sensing using multiple channels or multiple resources. The same or different channels and/or resources may be allocated to at least one wireless device performing the WLAN sensing. The at least one wireless device may perform measurement and signal transmission/reception processes that are included in the WLAN sensing by using the channel(s) and/or resource(s).
